Job Interview HACK: How to answer opinion questions 💼 During an interview, you may be asked questions where you need to share your opinion: ❓ What do you think about remote work? ❓ What is the most important skill for your job? ❓ What makes a good manager? ❓ Do you think teamwork is more important than individual performance? Instead of giving a short answer or trying to explain everything at once, use the PREP formula. It will help you structure your thoughts, sound more confident, and give a clear, logical answer — even if you are nervous. P — Point State your opinion. R — Reason Explain why you think so. E — Example Give a specific example, preferably from your own experience. P — Point Repeat your main idea in a slightly different way and summarize your answer. Example: ❓ What do you think about remote work? Point (your opinion) I believe remote work can be a great option if the company has clear processes and good communication. Reason (why) It allows employees to manage their time better and focus on tasks that require deep concentration.
