30 day update on my new brand Had to scale ads down 75% 😭 Supply chain issues 30k of raw stock is coming next week + hiring Ops Manager in the next 2 weeks Should not delay this years goals too much as would have been restricted because of packaging stock anyways

Everything always takes longer than you think it will Since last update (22nd)- NCROAS up 13%. Blended ROAS up 25% (customers coming back. 2 customers now have 4 orders and many have 3 and 2) NCPA has gone up a tiny bit but as expected when trying to increase AOV AOV is up 9% Pretty much all good signs 🙂 May aim is 60k with 15% net

After I cut all the ads yesterday some good results on low spend today Spend is only £50 so far Employee filmed 4 new offers today (3 hooks for each) sending to the editor and will be up live tomorrow

I will try and give updates on this as I scale it to just show you guys how I do. Realistic aim for this is 60-100k next month. The only limiting factor it may be 60k instead of 100k is manufacturing Had a few dms asking question about this. Happy to give advice if I have spare time

I like these type of brands. Great product Fun marketing ability (many angles to do cool things which I enjoy) Little luxury market (should be okay if we go into recession etc) Good margin

This brand/product is lined up to be a great exit. Small SKU range. High margin. High returning customer rate (great product). I've just done my first major ad cut (I'm letting more ads run for 7days+ as its still very early) Only £100 running today on ads 2 offers are doing well and profitable as of now. At least 8 were unprofitable with varying levels of success (some where a 0.3 roas lol)
