if you're an agency owner, here's what you need to know about selling your services on X: on community-based platforms like X, you’ve gotta be THE person they all come to when looking for your specific type of service you can’t be seen as the pleb (99% of agency owners on this platform) who is tryna hang around & pick up scraps, it becomes obvious that he's desparate for work you can't be seen as the generic “short-form repurposing agency” owner, it’s an immediate low-status signal... you need to be THE GUY for one specific process, the expert everyone references when it’s brought up, the person who gives most free value about this thing than anyone else has ever seen you’re not gonna be on X to “sign clients”, you’re gonna be on here to help people... one thing that many people quite obviously don't understand is that helping people builds authority... 10k people following you to learn from you will result in people who need this type of service, see you as the authority in that field... if the people trying to learn it look up to you, then that quiet clearly makes you an authority figure in that field you may be great at what you do, but publicly, you only become an expert in your field when the masses verify that
