  • Coaching 1.0 was helping people 1:1. Coaching 2.0 added 1:Many. Coaching 3.0 added AI.

  • Explaining things in less words than your competitors is a competitive advantage

  • I paid a guy $100 two years ago and today I've paid him over $70,000. Cheap offers are underrated in this game. Some people will buy your expensive thing right off the bat. Most won't. They need to see your magic first.

  • A story to stop overthinking: I know of too many people who haven't break past their revenue ceiling for years. Or they may do so briefly and then drop back down to half of it within weeks. They're incredibly smart and capable. Yet they're just stuck. I would ask them early on, what are you working on? They'd say they're figuring out their offer. "Fair enough." Then I'd ask them next week, "how about now?" "Just refining the offer bro." "Ok..." Next month I'd try again: "What are you working on?" "Just nailing down the offer." I understand that this overthinking behavior is not as easy to get rid of as "just do it bro". Some of it can stem from real early childhood. It can be quite pesky. But I like this story a lot and I find that it does help people who want to stop overthinking: There was a boy once. This boy's foot got stuck among some debri in the ground. And there was a flood going on. Water was going up and up and up. People tried to help but they couldn't get the foot unstuck. Eventually the water level got too high. And the boy drowned. Now the man telling the story says "That would have never happened to me. You know why?" "Why?" "Because I would've said 'just cut it off'." I use that story to remind people that we're constantly facing tradeoffs. To gain one thing we must get rid of another. To get in shape we must trade comfort. To make money we must trade potential embarrassment. It's no doubt that overthinking patterns can serve you to some degree. They probably did help you avoid tricky situations just like the boy's foot helped him. But time is creeping on us. The water is going up. And if the alternative is staying literally stuck then sometimes the only way out is chopping a part of us off. If you experience overthinking behaviors, I don't blame you. I can't possibly think less of you because these behaviors are, to some degree, in all of us. But my job is exposing you to the truth: Entrepreneurship has tradeoffs. And those tradeoffs are often things that will hurt like hell and will bleed and frustrate you. But boy is it better than drowning. On Monday, when Cashie launches, I'll ask folks to make a decision. The Ai Boom of 2026 is happening right as you read this. Every day there's someone who learns that it can do and beats the lights out of their competition. The water is coming up. And I'll ask you if you want to join us watch it go by. I've done what I can to create a product that can get you paid every day. The decision then is up to you to take it.

  • People are generally more averse to commit to you than to buy from you.

  • I spent 6 months working on this app. And 5 years learning what it knows. It has one goal: Make it as simple as I can to help someone get 7 weekly-paying clients so they can get paid every day. And it’s finally ready.

  • Announcement Tomorrow...

  • How To Get Your Next 3 Clients Without Having A Niche I had an ugly friend in college... ... With more girls than all my other friends in college. He would put up a Lionel Messi in the 2022 World Cup Final performance every night out. Just remarkable. I had to ask: "How do you do it?" He said "I just keep asking. And if one says no, the next one might say yes." "That's it?" "That's it." Last time I shared how financial freedom starts with 7 clients that pay you weekly (because that means you get paid every day). And that the first step towards that is having your weekly-priced offer in a Google Doc. Simple enough. What's next? Every week I find this situation at least twice: Someone crafted an offer and they wanna test it. So they work on their niche, positioning, content and bio but get no sales. This happens because they tried to solve the "kind of important" problems before solving the absolute most important problem: "How many people even know that this offer exists?" The next step after crafting an offer is accepting that it doesn't matter what you think of it. Only what the market thinks of it. Putting that offer in front of the market's eyes. That's the #1 priority. And the quickest way to do this is to focus on the people already IN your world because that's where trust is highest: 1. Followers. 2. Leads that didn't have the right timing. 3. Communities you might be a part of. Even free groups. (This is actually how I hired my last coach. He helped me in a group and I ended up paying him about $60k total). 4. Even past clients. Instead of asking "how do I attract more people to me?" Ask yourself "how do I get this offer in front of 300 people that already know me before the month ends?" Your positioning. Your branding. Your audience. Niching down... These are all important steps. But they're TOMORROW steps. Your job as the guy in charge is to bring your next step into the NOW. To solve your money problem with a NOW step so it will stop bugging you. The only NOW step to take if you're in that situation is getting people to tell you, to your face: "Yes I want this". Or "No I don't want this". Because at least that tells you the truth. Don't be like those guys that base their next steps on fantasy. Even if you're not at the point in which you get clients consistently, Think about your next step like someone who does: With math. If 0 people buy --> You craft a different offer and try again. Zero emotions. Just action. If 1 person buys --> Great. Now you're closer to the 7 clients paying you weekly and getting paid every day. You can have cashflow before you even know where you're headed with your business. You can get clients before you have clarity on your niche and positioning. Because it really all starts with 7 weekly clients and those could very well be people that ALREADY know you.

  • You can have clients before you have a business. Last time I shared how financial freedom starts with the number 7. 7 clients that pay you weekly because that means you get paid every day. And how getting paid every day does change you. You ooze that "you can't fuck with me" attitude when you wake up and you know that you will get paid. Today is about how little this actually requires: And how a lot of talented people end up crossing it accidentally. They never "locked in" for "6 months". They never decided that this was going to be their new career. In beautiful simplicity, Maybe because they were angry, Or fed up with posting and not making much money, They simply decided that they were going to find 7 people to tell them yes. And solve their lack of money through simple math. Get it out of the way. So that the money part stops bugging them. And then play the whole "audience-building" game which you already know takes a LONG time. It drives the "overthinkers" crazy that a lot of people get clients before they even realize they have a business. They help someone. That person pays them. Then it happens again. And again. Then one day they look up and realize they have been running a business for 3 months without ever "starting" one. That is what people of speed do. They do not plan the business. They get the money out of the way first. And the business builds itself around the money. You can have enough money and enough clients. And have zero clue about what your positioning or niche is. Because it really is just about getting 7 people to say yes.

  • I have a confession to make: I’ve always had it easier than you. 230,000 followers on my Twitter. 36k on Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. And 13,000 active email subs (although I do remove people if they stop responding). My competition could have a great offer and positioning. They probably do. But I can drown them in volume. I have friends with big audiences I connected with thanks to... my big audience. I can ask for favors in one day that will get me the leverage that the “underdogs” need to post 500 days in a row for. I don’t have to be better than the underdogs. I just have to not stop. And with my Ai Writer, Cashie, we’re talking about a 5 minute job here. I’m one example but there’s many more. Huge audiences. Ai writers. Networks. We play unfair and people who do typically win. Even more in 2026: Liquidity is down. Spending is down. Unemployment is up. And that affects our market whether we like it or not. But people like us with big audiences... We love that. Because the market isn’t looking for the fresh solution more than they’re looking for the safe solution. And right now, the guy with 100k followers is a much safer bet than the guy without them. You’re the risky bet. If you’re not one of the big guys, the gamemaster and the algorithm wants you to lose because the big guys keep people in the platform longer than you do. This is not your fault. The ONLY thing that would be your fault is keeping your eyes closed to the truth of the game you’re playing: This isn’t a game where everybody wins. This game has winners and losers.

  • 10 beliefs that took me to $100,000 a month: 1. You attract low-income people with promises and high-income people with philosophy. 2. The more money someone gives you, the more money they're likely to give you. 3. The energy you drain in a bad fit client is twice the energy required to replace them. 4. Evergreen offers are a myth. 5. "Lead nurturing" is a myth. 6. More than giving value and more than entertaining them, your followers mostly want you to lead. 7. The prospect won't pick the best offer - but the offer that makes them feel the safest. 8. Consequences move people more than value does. 9. Smart clients default to thinking about steps 5, 6 and 7. My job is to pull them back to step 1. 10. Likes ain't cash.

  • Stud. I believe there's virtue in doing hard things just because they're hard. But not in business. I'll take the easy way all day.

  • Seen like this, the easiest people to turn into clients or customers are people who are the most to the right. It's people who have paid you something already. 95% of my recurring business comes from these people. NOT my front end. (Which frankly is great news because my content gets little engagement nowadays). Eshana understands this too. He sells DFY YouTube services and played around Cashie Studio. In his first week he'd already created $10,000. The process: Inside the Studio there's this Offer Validation Guide. It gives you a word-for-word script and plan to validate the offer that Offer Cashie gives you. And it starts to the right of the Money Line. To ask the people you've already helped if they would like more help. AKA the easy way. (Then it shows you other ways to convert people who have never paid you but we start where it's easy around here). He took that plan, actually sent it and was very kind to send me this:

  • The $10,000 message (that was copy pasted) There's a Money Line in everyone's business. If someone has given you money - that means they've crossed your Money Line.

  • Without a Big Idea, a seller is must sell "more and better". Two words that prospects have grown really good at ignoring. Along with "faster, cheaper, easier...". You don't want to be competing with adjectives. They're too subjective. You will lose to the market leaders and the guys spending $10k a day on ads because their claims will be more believable than yours. They just show up with more credibility than you. I know that game and to win it I chose not to play it. I am not coming to the Fight of Adjectives. I'll plant my flag on one Big Idea that opts me out of the game. People can argue Nissan and Honda are better, faster, cheaper, easier, cooler... But they can't argue that Toyota is reliable. And it's easier to convince someone that you're really good at one thing than to convince them that you're really good at all things. (It's more honest too). Big Idea. It's risky marketing without one.

  • Your Big Idea My thesis is that if coaches don't have a Big Idea their business is screwed. "More" and "better" are claims that get skimmed - but "different" is a much easier claim to buy into. Take Honda and Nissan cars for example. Both are better than the other in some areas. Both offer more than the other in some areas. But how much of a difference does it really make to you? If you were in the market for a car, how much of a difference does "more horsepower" or "better traction" really make? Toyota is different. When people think "Toyota" they think "reliability". I know of Guatemalan farmers who boast that that dirty Toyota pickup from the 90s still runs. I've been in many of them. Women who flat out accept Toyota is not that pretty but they drive one because they want a car to rely on. The Big Idea is not the only factor here, but the market cap does skew one way:

  • She launched this on Friday. 2 days ago. And today she's got 16 users on it. Paying her every week. And actually getting results because Ai takes 60-minute processes and turns them into 5-minute assets. Her clients are already using it and creating 2 weeks worth of content thanks to her. (Something that is very hard to accomplish if your best method of delivery is a course or a workshop that people rarely watch). In 2 months, Whale Bait Cashie has written more Whale Bait for clients than I could get them to write in 2 years. 612 offers printed. There's literally more offers and Whale Bait being printed every day on Cashie than my average likes per post. I get case studies and testimonials faster than I can tell people on social media about it. Just last night, Chris was kind enough to let me know that he closed another $3.5k deal from a client that came inbound through content that Whale Bait Cashie gave him. I went from Ai Amish to Ai Believer... And now I understand the phrase I heard a while ago: "Ai won't replace humans. Humans who know how to use Ai will replace humans." 2026. What a great year it will be.
