Through choreographies centered on spanking and repetition, Spanky Noise evokes a trance state and a paroxysm of ecstasy that challenges heteronormative conceptions and the clichés surrounding spanking as punishment or role-play, transforming it into a space of absolute pleasure and liberation. Forstfest: A Distant Report takes place August 14–16, 2026, at Forsthaus Grünow, located on the edge of Müritz National Park in Mecklenburg, Germany. Presented by KM28, the festival features three days of music attuned to the surrounding forest and lakelands, with intimate concerts, camping, swimming, food, and workshops.
