August goes HYROX | 2.9.2026 We’re inviting you and fellow women students to an evening of energy and inspiration at August Associates’ HYROX event on Wednesday, September 2nd! We'll begin the evening by meeting at Ole.fit Vallila at 17:45, where our HYROX session will start at 18:00. HYROX is an innovative form of exercise that simultaneously develops both strength and endurance, but running isn't a requirement and the movements can be scaled to suit your own pace. No previous experience is needed, and all fitness levels are more than welcome! After the workout, we’ll head to August Associates’ office and enjoy some delicious dishes from Green Hippo. You’ll have the chance to connect and discuss with several of August’s consultants, including some of our own inspiring women, hearing why they have chosen consulting as a career path and August as their professional home. This event is primarily intended for 3rd+ year women students with studies still ahead, who are curious about management consulting and interested in August’s internship opportunities. Solutions Engineer at Arctic Instruments Arctic Instruments is a deep-tech spin-off from VTT. We make quantum-limited parametric amplifiers, a superconducting technology that addresses one of the biggest challenges in quantum computing: high-fidelity qubit readout. As a Solutions Engineer, you work in our cryotesting and customer solutions team. The team serves as a technical point of contact for our global customer base. In the company’s characterization facility in Espoo you operate instrumentation to validate the electrical performance of our microwave amplifiers. You then apply this technical knowhow to solve problems customers face, including guiding our clients through the installation and tune-up of the amplifiers. You provide support primarily remotely but also at the customer’s site. In parallel, you continue to work in internal cryocharacterization projects. There will also be an optimization case to work on in small groups.
