Like, "Today will be good for trading" or "Today will be slow, I won't trade." I used to do this too, based on news and stats. But then I realized that these thoughts were affecting my trading decisions. If I thought it would be slow, I wouldn't trade even if I should. And if I thought it would be busy, I'd trade even if I shouldn't. So, I stopped trying to predict the market and now I just follow my plan without expecting anything. And you know what? I do better on days when I don't have any expectations. I'm working on getting even better at this. So today I want to you to explore your expectations and intentions: The first level is to stop forecasting moves and simply start flowing with the market and what it shows you.
