ባይናንስ በኢትዮጵያ ብር የሚደረጉ የክሪፕቶ ምንዛሬ ግብይቶችን ሊያቆም ነው። የክሪፕቶ ምንዛሬ ግብይት መድረክ የሆነው ባይናንስ (Binance)፣ ከግንቦት 7 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ በኢትዮጵያ ብር የሚደረጉ የክሪፕቶ ግብይቶችን (P2P Trading) እንደሚያቆም አስታወቀ። ባይናንስ አፍሪካ በኤክስ ማህበራዊ ገጹ ባወጣው መረጃ፣ ውሳኔው ከሀገሪቱ ተቆጣጣሪ አካላት ጋር በቅርበት ለመስራትና የኢትዮጵያን ግቦች ለመደገፍ ታሳቢ ተደርጎ የተወሰነ መሆኑን ገልጿል። የተጠቃሚዎች ገንዘብ ግን ደኅንነቱ የተጠበቀ መሆኑንና አካውንታቸውን መጠቀም እንደሚችሉ ተቋሙ አረጋግጧል። የኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንክ ከሁለት ወራት በፊት በብር የሚደረጉ የክሪፕቶ (P2P) ግብይቶች ሕገ-ወጥ መሆናቸውንና የተከለከሉ መሆናቸውን በመጥቀስ ጥብቅ ማሳሰቢያ መስጠቱን ይታወሳል። ባንኩ የካቲት 20 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ባወጣው መግለጫ፣ በማንኛውም መድረክ ሆነ የልውውጥ ማዕከል በብር የሚደረጉ የዲጂታል ሀብት ግብይቶች ያለ ባንኩ ፈቃድ በፍጹም የተከለከሉ መሆናቸውን አስታውቆ ነበር። እገዳው ማንኛውንም በብር የሚሰላ የክሪፕቶ ከረንሲ ልውውጥን የሚያካትት መሆኑ በመግለጫው ላይ ተጠቅሷል። ብሔራዊ ባንክ በአሁኑ ወቅት ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀ እና ሥርዓት ያለው የዲጂታል ፋይናንስ ተሳትፎ እንዲኖር የሚያስችል አጠቃላይ የቁጥጥር ማዕቀፍ ለማዘጋጀት ከዓለም አቀፍ አቻ ተቆጣጣሪዎችና ከአገር ውስጥ ባለድርሻ አካላት ጋር እየመከረ መሆኑን መግለጹም ይታወሳል። ባይናንስ ዛሬ ባወጣው መግለጫም ሁኔታዎች ሲመቻቹ በኢትዮጵያ ብር ግብይቱን በድጋሚ ለመጀመር ተስፋ እንደሚያደርግ ገልጿል። ቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ሚያዚያ 22 ቀን 2018 ዓ/ም Via @TikvahethMagazine

በፍሪላንስ እና በዲጂታል ገቢ ላይ ግብር ሊጣል ነው ! ገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር አዲስ ባዘጋጀው የገቢ ግብር ረቂቅ ደንብ፤ በኢትዮጵያ ነዋሪ ሆነው በዲጂታል አማካኝነት እና በፍሪላንስ (Freelance) ወይም በርቀት (Remote) የሥራ ዘዴ ገቢ በሚያገኙ ግለሰቦች ላይ የገቢ ግብር ተፈጻሚ ሊያደርግ መሆኑን አስታውቋል። ማንኛውም በኢትዮጵያ ነዋሪ የሆነ ሰው ከሀገር ውስጥም ሆነ ከውጭ ሀገር ምንጮች በዲጂታል ይዘት ፈጠራ ወይም በማንኛውም የፍሪላንስ ሥራ የሚያገኘው ገቢ (በጥሬ ገንዘብም ሆነ በዓይነት) ግብር ይከፍላል ብሏል። የዲጂታል ይዘት ፈጣሪዎች ያገኙትን የገቢ መጠን በሚመለከት ትክክለኛ እና የተሟላ የሂሳብ መዝገብ የመያዝ ግዴታ ተጥሎባቸዋል። ይህንን ግዴታ ባልተወጡ ግብር ከፋዮች ላይ ታክስ የሚወሰነው በሚኒስቴሩ መመሪያ መሠረት በግምት ይሆናል። በተጨማሪም ክፍያ የሚያመቻቹ ኩባንያዎች የዲጂታል ስራ የፈጣሪዎችን ስም ዝርዝር፣ አድራሻ፣ የሲም ካርድ መረጃ፣ የአይፒ (IP) አድራሻ እና የተከፈለውን የገንዘብ መጠን በየሩብ ዓመቱ ለታክስ ባለሥልጣኑ ማሳወቅ ይጠበቅባቸዋል። በዚሁ መመሪያ ባንኮች ለኪሳራ የያዙት የመጠባበቂያ ሂሳብ በብሔራዊ ባንክ መሥፈርት መሠረት የተሰላ ከሆነ፣ 80 በመቶው በተቀናሽ ወጪ እንዲያዝላቸው ተደንግጓል። ​የደረጃ ለ ግብር ከፋዮች ዓመታዊ ጠቅላላ ገቢ የሚወሰነው የታክስ ባለሥልጣኑ በየሦስት ዓመቱ በሚያደርግ የገበያ ጥናት እንደሚወሰን በአዲሱ ደንብ ተካቷል። ከመንግሥት ቦንዶችና ግምጃ ቤት ሰነዶች የሚገኝ ወለድ ወይም ትርፍ፣ እንዲሁም የአየር መንገድ የውጭ ብድር ወለድና የአውሮፕላን ኪራይ (ሮያሊቲ) ክፍያዎች ከግብር ነፃ ተደርገዋል። የገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር ረቂቅ ደንቡ ከመጽደቁ በፊት አስተያየት መስጠት የሚፈልግ ማንኛውም ሰው መጋቢት 1/2018 ዓ.ም. ስድስት ኪሎ በሚገኘው የተቋሙ ዋና መስሪያ ቤት በአካል በመገኘት ወይም በተቋሙ infopr@mofed.gov.et የኢሜይል አድራሻ  መላክ እንደሚችሉ አስታውቋል። መረጃው #የሪፖርተር_ጋዜጣ ነው። አዲስ አበባ የካቲት 24 ቀን 2018 ዓ/ም @tikvahethiopia
