- 20 июн. 2024 г.The importance of financial prudence cannot be overstated in this contemporary world. It is said that people, including the young generation, should prioritize money-saving habits. I agree with this notion as it can help people to take a better retirement, prepare for unexpected events, and develop financial discipline in young people. Firstly, saving money enables people to enjoy themselves after retirement. In most countries, including my country Uzbekistan, a pension given to retired people is not sufficient to meet their needs such as traveling, going on pilgrimages and bills on daily necessities, resulting in having a low standard of living. By putting some money aside daily or monthly, people can accumulate a sufficient amount of money that they could spend on these wishes and aspirations, leading them to have a better retirement. Secondly, having savings provides financial readiness for unexpected circumstances. Life is full of twists and shifts leaving us uncertain about what may happen in the coming years, months, or even days.. A well-established savings fund can help people cope with unexpected situations, such as medical emergencies, job loss or economic downturns without getting into debt from external financial aid. Moreover, saving money from a young age can instill a sense of financial discipline, establishing a more stable and secure financial future. For example, when they want to purchase expensive items such as advanced mobile phones and laptops by saving a portion of their daily allowance, they will understand the difficulty of saving enough money to make their wishes come true, and this can teach them to manage their budget wisely and avoid unnecessary spending. In conclusion, saving money is a pivotal asset that everyone should develop. It allows spending retirement time enjoyably and provides a better financial shield for unforeseen circumstances.
