⚠️ IITC Mobile - white screen issue Some users have recently reported that IITC Mobile is no longer working correctly - the entire map turns white after launch. This seems to be caused by a recent Android WebView update - likely a bug on their end. We're looking into it. 💡 Workaround available In the meantime, try IITC Prime - a new app currently available in early access on Google Play. It does not have this issue. Will update once we know more!

IITC-CE v0.41.0 is here! We're back on Google Play Store! After being absent since November 2021 due to Google's new "Scoped Storage" requirements, IITC Mobile has returned to the Play Store! The storage compatibility issues have been resolved and the app is now available for download. 🚨 Attention to Agents using Facebook to log into Ingress While we have already mentioned it in the previous post, we want to make absolutely sure that everyone is aware of the following: Facebook will be removed as a log in method for Ingress and all related services like the Intel Map and the Mission creator. If you are currently using Facebook as the only method to log in, you must link either a Google or an Apple account to your Ingress profile as soon as possible. If you don't, you will lose access to your account. If you are unsure how to link another log in method, you can read through this Support article: https://niantic.helpshift.com/hc/faq/418-linking-additional-login-providers-to-your-ingress-account-1600717969/ If you already have a Google or Apple account linked in addition to Facebook, we would still strongly suggest to test if you can log in without Facebook. IITC Button Beta on Manifest V3 We are excited to announce the release of a dedicated Beta version of the IITC Button browser extension. This Beta version is designed to introduce and test new changes before they are rolled out to the main release. The primary goal of creating this Beta version is to transition IITC Button to Manifest V3, as Manifest V2 will soon be deprecated in Chrome. The transition to MV3 does not reduce any functionalities. However, depending on the browser, you may need to grant specific permissions. Information windows have been added to the extension to guide users through these actions. Also the beta version of the IITC Button is now available for Firefox Mobile. We now have a guide on how to migrate data from a legacy version of IITC Mobile (e.g. from the iitc.me app or IITC Mobile v0.32 from Google Play). You will need it if you want to keep your data (e.g. DrawTools schemas) when migrating to the current version of IITC Mobile. IITC Mobile v0.37.2 Update Fixes Authorization Issues Today, Niantic introduced changes to the authorization process, incorporating Apple ID login capabilities, which inadvertently disrupted the login functionality in IITC Mobile. The latest release, IITC Mobile v0.37.2, fixes these authorization issues. The fix has been successfully tested for Google logins, while Facebook login functionality remains untested.
