‼️ Об изменении госпошлины на миграционные услуги в РФ В связи с публикацией Федерального закона от 26.06.2026 № 189-ФЗ "О внесении изменений в статью 19 Федерального закона "О правовом положении иностранных граждан в Российской Федерации" и статью 36 Федерального закона "О гражданстве Российской Федерации" с 27.07.2026 года госпошлина увеличивается: • РВП с 1 920 до 15 000 руб; • РВПО с 1 920 до 8 000 руб; • Замена РВП/РВПО 5 000 руб; • ВНЖ с 6 000 до 30 000 руб; • Замена ВНЖ 6 000 руб; • Приём в гражданство РФ и выход с 4 200 до 50 000 руб (пошлина не уплачивается для ранее являвшихся гражданами СССР, по гос. программе переселения соотечественников, заключивших контракт с МО); • Виза для въезда/выезда с 1 200 до 2 000 руб; • Многократная виза с 1 920 до 6 000 руб; • Приглашение на въезд с 960 до 8 000 руб; • Разрешение на привлечение иностранных работников с 12 000 до 15 000 руб; • Разрешение на работу с 4 200 до 5 000 руб. ❗ ВАЖНО: если ранее госпошлина оплачена по старой цене и документы подаются после 27.07.2026 года, то разницу можно доплатить и предоставить 2 квитанции. ‼️ The change of state fees on migration services in Russia In connection with the publication of the Federal Law dated 26.06.2026 189-FZ "On amendments to article 19 of the Federal Law "On the legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation" and article 36 of the Federal Law "On citizenship of the Russian Federation" from 27.07.2026, the state fee is increased: • temporary residence permit (РВП) from 1,920 to 15,000 rubles; • temporary residence permit for education purposes (РВПО) from 1,920 to 8,000 rubles; • Replacement of РВП/РВПО by 5,000 rubles; • residence permit (ВНЖ) from 6,000 to 30,000 rubles; • Replacement of ВНЖ 6,000 rubles; • Admission to Russian citizenship and its annulment from 4,200 to 50,000 rubles (fee is not paid for former USSR citizens, under the state resettlement program for compatriots who have signed a contract with a Ministry of Defence); • Single-entry visa from 1,200 to 2,000 rubles; • Multiple-entry visa from 1,920 to 6,000 rubles; • Invitation for entry from 960 to 8,000 rubles; • Permission to attract foreign workers from 12,000 to 15,000 rubles; • Work permit from 4 200 to 5 000 rubles. ❗ IMPORTANT: If the state fee has previously been paid at the old price and the documents are submitted after 27.07.2026, then the difference can be paid in addition and 2 receipts can be provided.

‼️ Visas' extension for the graduates 2026 To apply for a visa extension to re-enroll to the university, you need to bring to room 319 (1) the following documents: - the originals of your passport, migration card, registration, fingerprinting green card and medicals; - a photo 3x4 cm; - a state fee receipt. ❗ Please, ensure that your medicals are up to date (valid for one year) and that the passport data on your green card correlates to your current passport. If not, you must update those documents before applying for visa extension. ⏰ The application date for bachelor graduates’ visa extension is 16/07/2026, so the deadline for providing the full set of the documents is 14/07/2026. ⏰ The application date for master graduates’ visa extension is 04/08/2026, so the deadline for providing the full set of the documents is 03/08/2026. ❗ You need to visit the Admissions office (room 100) as soon as possible to check whether you’re included in the list of the graduates, that are planning to re-enroll to the university before providing the documents to 319 (1). The options on how to be included in this list you can receive at the Admissions office.
