EPRA Official Silas Cheboi Dies as Authority Announces August 15 Burial The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) is mourning the death of Silas Cheboi, its Assistant Director for Surveillance and Enforcement. EPRA announced his death on August 13, describing Cheboi’s passing as a major loss to the authority, his colleagues, and those who worked with him. The authority remembered him for his dedication, professionalism, and integrity in executing his duties and supporting EPRA’s mandate. Cheboi’s death has also left his family and friends grieving as they prepare to bid him farewell. His burial will take place on August 15, 2026, at his Solian home in Eldama Ravine, Baringo County, where family, colleagues, and friends will gather to honour his memory.

BREAKING: The Israeli military has directly informed CENTCOM Commander Adm.
