On a nicer note, here are the last lineless portraits I had the pleasure to work on ❤️ I could do maybe one or two more if anyone is interested, they are 60€ :)

As of now, EU shipping are on hold on my online shop, except to France 😭 I'm so fuckin tired of this timeline and I hope it gets better soon when we know more, but as of now this is the best I can do to protect myself and my work. 🐊❓ TL;DR: a new set of European laws named PPWR comes into effect tomorrow. Among other things, it asks businesses to have sales representative in every EU country we want to ship to. This costs around 150-300€ per year, per country, which is a lot for one persons business like mine. As we are all waiting to understand exactly if we have to comply, small shops are all pausing sales in the EU to avoid fines. ——————————— 🙂 Where are you shipping now ? France and international orders are still available. 😡 Where are you not shipping ? All countries from the EU except France, including Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden etc. I also can't ship to the US, or the UK. 🐥 Will you be able to ship to these countries in the future ? I very much hope so, and will work toward this goal after Eurofurence. This also includes US and the UK, which I'm already looking into. There may be an amendment to this law for small businesses. If not, there's a high possibility that I end up paying to be able to ship to at the very least Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden. ‼️ Why this law ? My understanding is the following: ( but I also have dog brain so what do I know 🐶 ) It's part of a bundle of laws regarding packaging regulations for e commerce, which I very much agree with. The goal is to help reduce waste due to online sales, and improve recycling. This includes a small fine for recycling purposes, depending on how many packages you send per year. Tho as recycling is specific to each country, they require you to pay sales representatives( 150-300€ per country you ship in, per year ) in order to pay the fine. It is not sustainable for micro businesses like mine, or other artists and crafters. 💦 I'm concerned for artists! What can I do ? We need all the help available.
