Hello everyone! 💚🧡 We are happy to announce that KY Benefits is making a comeback 😎 Our newest addition to KY Benefits is a car-sharing service brought to you by Omago 🚗 All you have to do is download the Omago-app, create an account and use the code “KYLTERI” to access the cars for a reasonable price of 5€/hour or 35€/day (+ 0,15€/km). The opening of the new KY building represents a new chapter for KY. To make this event as memorable and distinguished as possible, we need volunteers! The application period for KY’s new House Opening Task Force is now open! 🏠📣 🌟 The task force will have significant responsibility and the freedom to shape the ceremonies according to their own vision. Nothing has been decided yet, giving the committee plenty of opportunities to bring their own ideas to life. 🌟 Application period is open from 11.5.-25.5., selected members function as part of the Task Force until the grand opening ceremonies at latest in March 2027. Interviews for the Task Force will be held at the end of May/beginning of June. Wappu & safe environment 💜 Wappu is the highlight of the year for us students. As we get ready to celebrate, we would like to underline a few key points from KY’s Code of Conduct to help ensure a safe Wappu for all 🌟 1) We all contribute to a safe Wappu atmosphere 🤝 - Take care of others and offer support - you may help more than you think - Treat everyone with respect and remember consent - only ‘yes’ means yes - If you or someone else needs help, inform the event organizers 2) We are all responsible for taking care of ourselves 🧘‍♂️ - Take moments for yourself; remember that socializing and/or drinking alcohol can cause exhaustion - If you choose to drink alcohol, be mindful of your limits and drink responsibly - Usage of illegal drugs at KY Events or in KY Premises will lead to disciplinary actions from KY and immediate removal from the event - Find support here 3) Lastly, let’s have fun and celebrate Wappu together 🥳 - Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns!
