Ramazon Hayiti barchamizga muborak bo'lsin. Taqabbalallohu minna va minkum. @ladybytes
🌙Ramazon Muborak! Olamlar Robbisi bo'lgan Allohga hamdu sanolar bo'lsin. Biz intizorlik bilan kutgan rahmat va mag'firat oyi nihoyat kirib keldi. Hadis: Payg'ambarimiz (s.a.v) shunday marhamat qilganlar: Kimki Ramazon ro'zasini iymon va savob umidida tutsa, uning o'tgan gunohlari kechiriladi. Ma'naviy va amaliy maslahatlar: 1️⃣Ramazonni samarali o'tkazish uchun aniq maqsadlar qo'ying, chunki "reja qilmaslik — mag'lubiyatni reja qilishdir". 2️⃣Haqiqiy ro'zador nafaqat yemoqdan, balki yolg'on, g'iybat va yomon so'zlardan ham tiyilishi kerak. Agar kimdir siz bilan urishmoqchi bo'lsa, ikki marta "men ro'zadorman" deb ayting. 3️⃣Esda tuting, Allohga suyukli amallarning eng yaxshisi — kichik bo'lsa ham, doimiy bo'lganidir. Sog'liq uchun tavsiyalar: Saharlik qilishni unutmang, chunki saharlikda baraka bor. Kun davomida quvvatli bo'lish uchun saharlikda oqsillar va foydali yog'larni iste'mol qiling. Iftorda esa sunnatga muvofiq og'izni xurmo va suv bilan ochish ayni muddaodir. Ushbu duoni ko'p takrorlang: Allohumma innaka 'afuvvun, tuhibbul 'afva fa'fu 'anniy (Allohim, Sen Afv etuvchisan, afv etishni sevasan, meni ham afv et!). Alloh tutgan ro'zalarimizni va qilgan ibodatlarimizni O'z dargohida qabul qilsin! 🤲 @ladybytes

Yaqinda unga QS reytingida #79 o‘rinda turadigan University of Glasgow dan rasmiy offer (acceptance) keldi. Mehnatning natijasini ko‘rish – alohida zavq🏆 Parizoda haqida qisqacha: – Bakalavrni Samarqandda Accounting yo‘nalishida tamomlagan – Python va Fullstack dasturlashni Mohirdev platformasida o‘rgangan – Va eng muhimi, maqsadi sari tinimsiz ishlaydigan inson, ilmli ayol va mehribon ona U hali boshqa bir nechta topshirgan programmalari bo‘yicha javob kutmoqda. Demak, oldinda yana yaxshi yangiliklar bo‘lishi mumkin. Parizodaning asosiy maqsadi – economics va finance sohasidagi byurokratik hamda an’anaviy jarayonlarni yanada ishonchli va advanced usullar orqali samarali hal qila oladigan AI tizimlar yaratish va ulardan amalda foydalanish. 📝Agar MPilot loyihasiga qo‘shilmoqchi bo‘lsangiz, @vialetbot ga yozishingiz mumkin. @ladybytes
The Hidden Rules of Great Builders The biggest differences in success dont come from working harder, they come from what you think about, what you choose to work on, and the environments you build. Here are the combined key insights: 🧠 1. Your “Top Idea” Controls Your Output At any moment, one idea dominates your mind - the thing your thoughts drift toward when you are in the shower or walking alone. That idea receives your subconscious processing - the deep thinking responsible for breakthroughs. ⚠️ The danger: Money worries, disputes, and distractions hijack this mental space while producing little real progress. 👉 If you want to do great work, design your life so the problems occupying your mind are the ones you actually want to solve. ⚙️ 2. Technology Magnifies Differences Between People In modern fields - especially programming - productivity differences are enormous. The best individuals may be 10x–100x more productive. As tools become more powerful, individual impact grows. Wealth inequality can sometimes reflect productivity differences - not just structural injustice. This means success increasingly depends on: - attracting talented people - giving them autonomy - removing obstacles to deep work 👨💻 3. What Great Builders Actually Want The most productive creators (“great hackers”) are not primarily motivated by salary. They care about: - interesting, challenging problems - autonomy and control - high-quality tools and open systems - quiet environments that allow deep focus - working with other talented peers Bad environments: noisy offices, bureaucratic processes, boring projects destroy creativity. 🚫 4. The Biggest Productivity Killers Traps consume attention without producing meaningful progress: - fundraising and money obsession - constant disputes and arguments - tedious “nasty little problems” - poor tools and bad infrastructure - environments that break concentration 🔑 5. The Core Formula for Doing Exceptional Work Work on problems you genuinely care about. Protect your mental bandwidth fiercely. Structure your life so the right ideas dominate your thoughts. Surround yourself with talented people and good tools. Avoid situations that force you to think about trivial things. Because ultimately: You dont become exceptional by forcing productivity. You become exceptional by controlling what deserves space in your mind. Pseudo - money 💰 & time⌛️ After selling his (Paul Graham) startup and becoming rich, he expected fortunes to disappear through luxury spending. Reality was different: most money is lost through bad investments. Spending feels dangerous, so alarms go off. But investments feel responsible, so people drop their guard, and can lose 🍋 mlns fast. Then comes the bigger insight: time works the same way. We think wasting time means obvious laziness - scrolling, TV, doing nothing. That triggers guilt quickly. But the real danger is fake work: ~endless emails ~busywork that looks serious ~tasks that feel productive but achieve nothing These activities bypass our internal alarms because they look like real work yet at the end of the day, nothing meaningful is done. 🗝takeaway: In modern life, the biggest losses dont come from obvious indulgence. They come from respectable-looking decisions - bad investments with money, fake productivity with time. Avoiding pleasure isnt enough anymore. You need better filters for what actually matters. @ladybytes
Key Ideas for Those in High School Most people think teenagers must already know what they want to do in life. Thats wrong. The real goal isnt to pick a fixed path early - its to discover what interests you and keeps your options open. Instead of “follow your dreams,” think: Stay upwind! Work on things that are hard, interesting, and expand your future choices. Dont optimize your life too early around one plan -> the world changes fast. Some uncomfortable truths: ~ Talent matters, but people usually underestimate how much hard work matters. ~ School and college admissions are imperfect systems. Dont rebel blindly, but dont define yourself by them either. ~ Treat school like a day job, not your entire identity. Your real growth often happens outside formal assignments. 😊What actually leads to meaningful work: • Deep curiosity - not discipline alone drives great achievements. • Find hard problems; if you arent worried about failing, its probably too easy. • Do real projects: build smth, learn a skill, explore a question. • Small projects → experience → eventually big ideas. Common regrets people have about high school: ➡️wasting time ➡️chasing fake achievements instead of real skills ➡️waiting for permission to start doing meaningful work ✅Practical advice: • Pick projects that take <1 month and genuinely interest you. • Choose fun + challenging over impressive-looking. • Seek smart people and good books (most books are bad). • Dont wait for adulthood to take responsibility for your life. Allinall: Your life shouldnt be shaped by admissions officers or expectations - it should be shaped by curiosity and real work. Start now. ©️based on Paul Grahm's essay @ladybytes
a simple answer to a big question the question “what should one do?” can be answered with 3 guiding principles. one should help people, take care of the world, and make good new things. the first 2 are moral duties; 3rd is about living up to human potential. making good new things matters because thinking is the most impressive thing humans can do, and creation is the best evidence of good thinking. whether in science, art, or any other field, trying to make something new forces deeper understanding and leads to real progress. creation is more valuable than criticism, which can seem sophisticated but is easier and often overrated compared to the difficulty of making something from scratch. newness is essential. copying others or repeatedly copying oneself may require skill, but it lacks the significance of originality. historically, advice on how to live focused on character and duty rather than creative work, because most people had little freedom to choose what they did. today, many people do have that freedom, and figures who create new knowledge or art have become models rather than exceptions. not all new work is immediately respected; valuable work is often dismissed at first. because of this, it is better not to set strict rules about what kinds of new things count. people who truly create do not need such rules. a good life balances caring for people, caring for the world, and making good new things. creative work should not harm people or the world, and often ends up helping them even when that was not the original intention. if you are capable of making something genuinely new and good, you should go ahead and do it. ©️Paul Graham essays @ladybytes

🛒Nega biz kerakmas narsalarni sotib olamiz? Impulsiv xarid psixologiyasi Siz ham do‘konga faqat non uchun kirib, to‘la xalta bilan chiqqanmisiz? Yoki internetda shunchaki "surfing" qilib, keraksiz narsaga buyurtma berganmisiz? Ok, sizning aybingiz emas - bu miyangiz va marketing hiylalarining ishi. Mana, impulsiv xaridlar ortidagi ilmiy haqiqatlar: 1. Aql va Hissiyot jangi (Tizim 1 vs. Tizim 2) Bizning qaror qabul qilishimizda 2 ta tizim kurashadi. Tizim 1 - bu tezkor, hissiy va avtomatik reaksiyalar (masalan, "Qanday chiroyli tufli, hoziroq olaman!"). Tizim 2 - bu sekin va mantiqiy fikrlash ("Bu menga haqiqatan ham kerakmi?"). Impulsiv xarid paytida hissiyotlar (Tizim 1) mantiqni (Tizim 2) yengib chiqadi. 2. Dofamin tuzog‘i (dopamine trap) Yoqtirgan narsangizni ko‘rganingizda, miyangizda dofamin (zavq gormoni) ajralib chiqadi. Qizig'i shundaki, dofamin narsani sotib olganda emas, balki uni sotib olishni "kutish" jarayonida eng yuqori darajaga chiqadi. Bu sizda kuchli istakni uyg‘otadi. 3. To‘lov og‘rig‘i (pain of paying) Naqd pul to‘laganimizda miyamizning "Insula" deb ataladigan qismi faollashadi - bu qism jismoniy og‘riqni ham sezadi. Ya'ni, pul sarflash miya uchun haqiqiy og‘riqdir :) Lekin plastik karta yoki onlayn to‘lovlar bu "og‘riqni" o‘chirib qo‘yadi, shuning uchun biz kartadan pul sarflaganda ko‘proq xarajat qilib yuboramiz. 4. Marketing tricks Do‘konlardagi yoqimli musiqa, maxsus hidlar va yorug‘lik sizning o‘zingizni nazorat qilish qobiliyatingizni pasaytiradi. "Faqat bugun!", "Cheklangan miqdor!" kabi yozuvlar esa sun'iy shoshilinchlik (FOMO) yaratib, o‘ylashga vaqt qoldirmaydi. Qanday himoyalanish kerak❔ 24 soat qoidasi: Agar biror narsani qattiq xohlab qolsangiz, sotib olishdan oldin 24 soat kuting. Bu vaqt ichida hissiyotlar soviydi va "mantiqiy miya" ishga tushadi. "Agar-Unda" rejasi: Oldindan reja qiling: "Agar chegirma ko'rsam, men telefonimni cho'ntagimga solib, do'kondan chiqib ketaman". 💡Xulosa: Keyingi safar "Sotib olish" tugmasini bosishdan oldin o‘zingizdan so‘rang: Bu haqiqiy ehtiyojmi yoki shunchaki dofamin? P.S. Bu post Magistraturamdagi "Marketing" va "Managerial Economics" darslarimdan "inspired" holda yozilgan. @ladybytes

Do'stlar, oramizda tilshunoslikka qiziqadigan yoki shunchaki kompyuterda juda tez yozadiganlar bormi? Mohirdev jamoasi hozirda juda qiziq va milliy ahamiyatga ega loyiha - “Uzbek Dialect AI” ustida ishlamoqda. Unga audio yozuvlarni matnga ko'chiradigan Annotatorlar kerak ekan. Talablar? Ofisda (Toshkentda) full-time ishlash. O'zbek tilini va uning shevalarini tushunish. Shaxsiy noutbuk bo'lishi. If You’re Not Weird, You’re Addicted Technological progress concentrates experiences to deliver stronger, faster gratification. This same mechanism that improves medicine and efficiency also turns mildly pleasurable things into addictive ones - alcohol into hard liquor, opium into heroin, simple games into engineered attention traps, food into hyper-palatable calories, and the Internet into a constant dopamine feed. Because technology is accelerating, addictiveness is accelerating with it. More things we enjoy will become things we enjoy too much. Social norms and “antibodies” against new addictions (as with smoking) evolve slowly - on the order of decades or a century - while new addictive technologies emerge far faster. This creates a growing gap between what is statistically normal and what is functionally healthy. As a result, living well increasingly requires conscious, individual resistance rather than relying on shared customs. People who optimize for focus, depth, and long-term output will look eccentric because they must actively reject tools and habits others accept as normal. Avoidance, restriction, and deliberate slowness become rational strategies. The core claim: in an increasingly addictive world, productivity and sanity will be defined less by what you use and more by what you refuse to use. If you are not seen as weird, you are probably over-consuming. @ladybytes

Ishdagi Meeting lar 1 oy kunlik meetinglar, yana 1 oy esa haftalik meetinglar tartibida ishlab, loyiha va umumiy ish samaradorligini o‘z tajribamda sinab ko‘rdim. Kunlik meetinglarning foydasi: masofadan ishlaganda har bir update yoki masalani chatda yozib o‘tirishga vaqt ketmaydi, barchasini jonli muloqotda tezda hal qilib olasiz. Lekin yomon tomoni - ular vaqt va fokusning haqiqiy dushmani. Tadqiqotlar va shaxsiy tajribamga ko‘ra: eng kamida 30 daqiqalik meetingdan keyin "Meeting Recovery Syndrome" kuzatiladi. Ya'ni, meeting tugasa ham, uning ta'siri yana 20–30 daqiqa sizni tark etmaydi. Endi 1 soatdan uzoq cho‘ziladigan meetinglarni tasavvur qilavering :) Masofadan ishlaganda, ayniqsa, virtual meetinglar inson tanasiga "og‘irroq biologik soliq" soladi. Chunki miya ekranda ko‘rinmaydigan non-verbal imo-ishoralarni (jestlarni) tushunishga zo‘r berib harakat qiladi, bu esa tezroq "burnout" bo‘lishga olib keladi. Haftalik meetinglar, ayniqsa, katta loyiha va katta jamoa bilan ishlaganda ancha samaraliroq deb o‘ylayman. Scrum metodologiyasida esa loyiha kichikroq, jamoa ham shunga yarasha "max compressed" bo‘ladi, shuning uchun kunlik updatelarni olib, tezda oldinga siljish muhim. Xulosam: ha, meetinglar kerak - qandaydir muammo, backloglar, brainstorming yoki analysis report sync uchun. Lekin ular haqiqiy ehtiyojdan ko‘p bo‘lmasligi, shunchaki "for the sake of documentation" yoki byurokratiya uchun tashkil qilinmasligi lozim. Yaqinda Yandex Uzbekistan rahbari Izzat Shukurovning qisqa intervyusini ko‘rib qoldim. U shunday degan edi: Rahbar sifatidagi asosiy ishim - keraksiz masalalar va meetinglar bilan xodimlar vaqtini olmaslik va ularni chalg‘itmaslik. Kompaniyamizdagi har bir xodim - talant, ular har kuni ulkan ishlarni bajarishadi. Mening vazifam - ularga motivatsiya va sharoit yaratish, so that we can get the best result from our hard work. @ladybytes
