His medical bills exceeded $10,000 USD. Thankfully, he has managed to pay off most of that amount, but approximately $2,000 USD is still outstanding. --- وقبل موسمين من شهر رمضان، تعرض لحادث مروع بعدما صدمته شاحنة كانت تسير بسرعة تتراوح بين 60 و80 ميلاً في الساعة عقب نزوله من سيارته. وقد جُرَّ على الرصيف، بينما واصل السائق طريقه دون أن يتوقف، حتى إن زوجته ظنت أنه قد فارق الحياة. --- Two years before Ramaḍān, he was struck by a speeding truck estimated to be travelling between 60 and 80 miles per hour shortly after stepping out of his vehicle. He was dragged across the pavement, and the driver did not stop, leaving his wife believing he may not have survived. --- وفي حادث آخر لاحق، تعرض هو وزوجته وابنته لحادث سيارة بعدما اصطدمت بهم سيارة يقودها شخص مسرع، مما أدى إلى انقلاب تلك السيارة. ولا يزال يعاني من آثار هذه الحوادث، ويحتاج أحياناً إلى استخدام عصا خشبية للمساعدة على المشي. --- In a separate incident, he, his wife, and his daughter were involved in another car accident after being struck by a speeding driver, causing the other vehicle to overturn.
