Describe a tall building in your town. I currently in live in Tashkent. Fun fact, tomorrow, I will have been living here for exactly 10 years, can you imagine? Anyway, so, it's a pretty vibrant city with over 3 million citizens. And because it's also the capital city, I would say it's the fastest developing one in Uzbekistan. There are a lot of tall buildings here, but the one I wanna tell about is called the U-tower. As the name speaks for itself, it's a tower specifically designed in a U shape, which is one thing that makes in unique. And since we started talking about the outer design, I would also like to add that the whole building is covered in solar panels that are powerful enough to sustain every single office inside. In fact, I remember reading an article about those panels recently, which said that they were so advanced in their durability and their efficiency of work that researchers from some of the elitest universities like Harvard and Yale decided to pay a visit to Uzbekistan only to see how those panels worked in that particular building. And as far as I remember, those researchers were also planning to buy the exact same ones for their own universities for future use. Now, because the tower sits right at the heart of Tashkent, it's s very easy to spot it if you are approaching it from any corner of the city. I do not know exactly how high the building is, but what can say is it's very tall. I guess it's the second tallest building in Uzbekistan after the tele-tower, which I'm sure you are aware of if you have been living here for a long time too. When it comes to the interior of the U-tower, I don't think there's much to say other than the fact that it's also a typical business centre like any other. And because of that, there are a lot of business offices. But I have been there once in my life, like last year, and there was something that caught my attention. When I walked into the building from the entrance, I saw a massive fish tank. If I am not mistaken, it was a 50,000-liter fishtank, which I think kind of qualifies as an aquarium with that size. And what's interesting is, that fish tank was also in the shape of the letter U, replicating the whole tower itself. So, it's a good place. If you happen to have free time some day, you definitely should see it for yourself.

Describe your perfect job. The topic did not seem to prohibit me from talking about a job that I already have right now. So, I wanna tell you about how I run my own Artificial Intelligence company which I co-founded a couple years ago with one of my friends. My job is actually pretty simple, although when I talk about it, everybody gives an impression that it's something super complicated. I basically help entrepreneurs to scale their businesses. The typical process that happens is, let's say there's a businessman who runs a restaurant. He reaches out to me and tells that he wants to take his business to the next level. What we do is, we first study their business model to understand how exactly they generate income, what exactly they spend money on, and we see if there are ways to cut their expenses. And we do all of this through an advanced AI model which we built back in 2022 and which we constantly upgrade up to this day. So, after feeding this AI system with all the ins and outs of how a specific business operates, it generates a plan tailored to the specific needs of our client, so their business grows as fast as possible. And we charge our clients depending on how the plan that we created for them benefitted their business. In other words, we charge a fixed percentage from the overall sales that they make. And the main reason why I think my job is perfect is because I believe I managed to build a system that benefits society while making me a lot of money at the same time. I started from scratch and as I was building my company, I never paid a dime for advertisement, never sought out any paid publicity. Everything that has ever sustained the success of the business has been done upon the mertis of the product that me and my team have built together. We grew from absolute rock bottom to $50-60,000 of monthly revenue, attracting customers organically. And our business was spreading through word of the mouth just like that. And I honestly believe this is the kind of position everybody would want to be in in life. I think a perfect job must be something you do with passion while also making the amount of money that is enough for you to live your life truly freely. And I am grateful for myself to have successfully built this kind of life brick by brick over the past years. So, yeah

Describe an occasion when you saw a lot of people smiling. I live here in Uzbekistan where most people do not like smiling or should I say, in my country, smiling is seen as something weird for the lack of better terms. Therefore, the only time when I saw people having a genuine smile on their faces was when I was in a foreign country, in Germany. I flew to Germany in 2024, when there was a huge international conference being held dedicated to Artificial Intelligence and its future. I have to say it was a pretty serious event, because not only people generally interested in AI were taking part but also many big names in this industry. You know, people like Elon Musk with his XAI, Sam Altman from OpenAI (the guys who created ChatGPT), Mark Cuban who is already a self-made billionaire from the US but he decided to get into AI just recently, and bunch of other people. But despite this international scale of the conference, everyone I saw and met there was smiling all the time. I can't remember seeing even a single person who gave off that stone-faced vibe throughout the whole time I was there. Even the staff were all very friendly, positive and caring. The event was held for 3 days, and on the second day, which was when we had stage presentations, I also had the opportunity to come in front of the whole audience and tell a bit about everything I had achieved with my team, because I had already been running my own AI company for over 3 years by then. So I was on the stage and I remember every single person was smiling at me in a way that made me feel more confident about myself and in a way that made me feel like they were actually interested in what I had to say about my experience and that they were not just passively listening like it happens in most other events. And every time I remember that picture of the whole engaged audience, I realize that the global AI community is so strong that they actually care about who is involved in it, even if they don't know much about the person. I mean, nobody really knew me, so why would they even listen to me, right? And it also sort of explains why we saw that boom in the field of AI recently. AI wasn't a thing in the recent past, like ten years ago. And it took only, give or take, five years for AI to reach the level where it is right now. It's because everyone is so supportive and everybody smiles because they actually want to be optimistic.
