The directory hit 100 approved builders, with 46 open projects alongside them it exists so people find each other. a collaborator, a project to join, or paid work nearbuilders.org, takes about 3 minutes to claim a profile and if you know someone who should be on there, nominate/onboard them. that's how most of the 100 got here. IronClaw agent that finds and qualifies mortgage leads, works out preliminary DTI, scores them and explains why the design decision worth noticing: it doesn't approve anything or contact anyone without the broker approving. recommends, doesn't decide built with a real broker, demoing live august 29 someone needs to build the scoring logic, someone needs to design the review screen. both are open 👉 IDEA

The directory hit 85 approved builders. It exists so people get picked out of it. MultiAgency is doing exactly that in August, opening its first paid content seats and sourcing from this list. Being in it is how you get seen by the teams paying for work.

Ideas Mission update Two ideas are getting scoped this week NEAR Trust Passport — your track record in this ecosystem currently lives in five places and travels nowhere. This turns it into one thing you own, that any project can actually read. X integration — most builders worth reaching aren't in here, they're on the timeline. So we go get them there. Scopes get posted on nearbuilders.org once approved, and the work runs in the open on GitHub. You'll be able to follow along and push back on how it's being built. Full breakdown is on X: LINK How it works: submit an original idea for what NEAR should build next, it gets reviewed for quality and originality, and once approved it goes public for upvotes. Clear 10 upvotes and the idea completes the mission and moves into the running to get built through MultiAgency. Ideas can be code, design, or research, so this is open to builders and creators, not just developers. The part that matters most: An approved idea needs at least 10 to count, and those come from the community, so this is on you to rally.
