  • 16 июл.🛠 Founder's note · 15 papers shipped Day ~551 of building solo. Today's milestone: 15 peer-reviewed papers published across two IAIC journals — Mathematics & AI (12) and Finance & AI (3). It took longer than I planned. Why: Every paper went through actual double-blind review. Every accepted paper got a real editorial decision letter, not copy-paste. Reproducibility statements are mandatory — most submissions failed the first round on this alone and had to revise. We could have gotten to 50 papers by now with lower standards. Wouldn't have meant anything. What this proves: • The editorial infrastructure works end-to-end (submission → review → decision → ENB ID anchor → publication) • Reviewers honor their commitments (turnaround 45-60 days target hit on ~80% of papers) • Open access from day one is feasible at $50-150 APC tier (covers editorial honoraria + chain operations) What's next: Opening a new journal: **AI Agents & Multi-Agent Systems**. Scope: formal verification of agent behavior, trustworthiness guarantees, multi-agent coordination, audit-trail architectures. This is where the rest of my PhD work plugs in directly. Editorial board recruiting starts this month. Concrete invitation: if you do research at the intersection of AI agents + verification/formal methods + reproducible methodology — DM me. Looking for 5-8 board members in the next 6 weeks. → https://enigma.ist/journals0,00%

The page also offers Premium subscription with -20% on the ticket. Old flow (almost every conference site): 1. Visit conference page 2. Buy ticket at full price 3. Maybe later, see a "Subscribe to Premium" prompt 4. Subscribe (different flow) 5. Hopefully come back for next conference at -20% Conversion to Premium from event attendees: <0.5%. New flow on enigma.ist: 1. Visit conference page 2. See gold "★ Bundle Deal" card: pick ticket + Premium plan 3. Enter email once. Click "Subscribe & Buy" 4. Single Paddle modal: ticket + Premium in cart 5. Pay once. Get both. Plus auto-created account. Expected conversion: ~5-10%. That 10× difference is why I spent 3 days on this single flow instead of 6 other things. → https://enigma.ist0,00%
  • 13 июл.🛠 Founder's note · Two weeks on conference tickets "Wire Paddle for conference tickets" was supposed to be a 6-hour task. It took two weeks of full days. Why: • Premium discount API sync (Paddle Discounts ≠ Stripe coupons — different mental model) • Localized currency display (Paddle.PricePreview with VAT) • Bundle Checkout (custom JS that opens one Paddle modal with two items) • Guest checkout identity reconciliation (email → auto User → claim flow) • Inventory tracking + scarcity UI (with the discipline to NOT fake urgency) • Confirmation email design (table-based, Outlook-compatible) • Admin UX rebuild (table view, inline edit, AJAX submit) Now we have something that handles: - Conference ticket sales - Premium subscription sales - Bundle of both in one modal - Sponsor packages - Multi-tier pricing with auto-transition - Multiple currencies + VAT in 200+ jurisdictions The bundle thing was the biggest. Most academic conference sites don't have an upsell. This one does. Shipping over the next few days. → https://enigma.ist0,00%
  • 9 июл.ENB Blockchain — final dev sprint wrapping up. 18 months solo from Dubai, 12 contracts deployed in testnet, 9,751 transactions, 0 missed slots. Now finishing the last piece: ENB ID — the format that makes chain records citable like DOIs. Format: ENB:YYYY.MM.CONTEXT.SERIAL It's basically DOI but on a public chain. Same role (permanent identifier for research records), different trust model (cryptographic vs institutional goodwill). Mainnet deploy: end of June. First 1,000 records minted as launch demonstrations. Then back-mint of existing enigma.ist publications (free for academic). After mainnet: focus shifts from "build the chain" to "get researchers to use it". Different problem, mostly distribution. The architecture I bet on 18 months ago is shipping next month. Then we see if it compounds. — Andrey Whitepaper: https://enigma.ist0,00%
  • 7 июл.Personal note — Premium subscription is live on enigma.ist. I've been deliberately quiet about monetization for 18 months. The platform needed to prove the architecture first. Now it has — 133 X posts shipped via cron, 12 ENB contracts live, 5 IAIC conferences using the platform, 100% on-chain uptime. Premium is the first real revenue stream. Not a token sale. Not an ICO. A subscription that funds chain operations + editorial honoraria + conference logistics. What Premium adds: - Verified researcher badge (on-chain attestation) - Priority paper hashing - Early access to ENB features (ENB ID, names market, etc.) - Annual savings ~20% If the platform is useful to your career — subscribing supports infrastructure that doesn't depend on tokens or VC pivots. → https://enigma.ist/premium — Andrey0,00%
  • 3 июл.Personal note — why I'm extending Enigma into clinical research. Last week a senior surgeon followed me on X. The connection got me thinking about a domain I'd been deliberately avoiding: medical applications of the chain. Why avoiding? Because medical-blockchain projects have a 95% failure rate, and the failure mode is predictable: they try to put patient health data on chain. GDPR Article 17 makes that structurally impossible. HIPAA makes it operationally impossible. Forward secrecy makes it cryptographically reckless. But the same audit-by-architecture thesis that powers Enigma's scientific publishing layer ports directly to clinical research — IF we keep the discipline of hashes only. Five extensions on the roadmap: · Clinical trial pre-registration · Surgical outcomes registries · Medical credentials portability · Patient consent attestations · Cross-institutional cohort proofs (ZK) All reuse the existing Registry contract. No new chain. No tokenised medical claims. No on-chain PHI. Pilot vehicle: medical-AI track at MathAI 2027 (Dubai, March 15-17). CFP October 2026. Big-picture vehicle: IAIC BioMedicine conference, scoped for 2028. If this maps to your work — message me. — Andrey https://enigma.ist0,00%
