Not sure how to get to MPR 3? We got you 👀🌿 Follow along with our EXCO as they show you the way to MPR 3 for our NUSBS Welcome Tea! Save this video for later so you don’t end up doing an accidental campus tour right before the session 🥲 See you there!
🌿Curious about NUS Buddhist Society but not quite sure what to expect? 🌿 Our Welcome Tea is a casual first look into who we are, what we do, and whether NUSBS might be a space for you. Get to know the people behind NUSBS, join small-group conversations about university life and personal interests, and hear a beginner- friendly introduction to Buddhism and its teachings. No prior knowledge, experience, or religious background is needed. Just bring yourself and your curiosity. Light refreshments will also be provided, because conversations are always a little nicer with snacks nearby! 👀🍪 📅18 August (Tuesday) 🕑7.15-9pm 📍Yusof Ishak House (MPR 3) Open to all NUS students and staff, regardless of faith or prior knowledge. Come meet us and see how it feels 🤍

The photos captured the moments, but now it’s time to relive how the KMSPKS Retreat truly felt 🌿🎥 From meaningful Dhamma reflections and quiet moments of mindfulness to shared meals, late-night conversations, laughter, and new friendships, these two days gave us a chance to slow down and reconnect with ourselves and one another. What made the retreat special was not only the programme, but every person who showed up with an open heart and helped create such a warm and welcoming space. Whether you came with friends or arrived not knowing anyone, we hope you left with meaningful memories, fresh perspectives, and a community that feels a little more like home 🤍 A heartfelt thank you to KMSPKS, our speakers, facilitators, volunteers, organising team, and every participant who made this retreat possible. Here’s to the moments that could not fit into a single photo and the memories we will continue carrying with us long after the retreat 🌱

💛 End of AY25/26 | Thank You, NUSBS Committee 🪷 As AY25/26 comes to a close, we'd like to express our heartfelt appreciation to every committee member who has journeyed with us this past year. Thank you for your time, dedication, and countless hours behind the scenes. From planning events and managing logistics to welcoming new members and supporting one another, every contribution has helped shape NUSBS into the warm and vibrant community it is today. It has been wonderful to see our team grow stronger, closer, and more united with every event. More than what we accomplished, we're grateful for the friendships built, the lessons learnt, and the shared commitment to serving the community. To our committee, thank you for believing in NUSBS and giving your best. We couldn't have done it without each and every one of you. Here's to another year of learning, serving, and growing together. Sadhu! 🙏💛
🙏 NUSBS Awaken Challenge 2026 🙏 The Awaken Challenge is more than a competition. It is a journey of learning, reflection, and growth. Through weeks of preparation, teams deepened their understanding of the Buddha's teachings while building meaningful friendships along the way. A big thank you to everyone who came down to support the event. It was heartening to see youths from different Buddhist organisations come together to learn, connect, and inspire one another. To both teams, thank you for your hard work, enthusiasm, and commitment. We hope this experience encourages you to continue exploring the Dharma and walking this path together. May this be just the beginning. We look forward to seeing you at future NUSBS events! 🪷💛
