This session continues two highly followed subjects from the PAM Professional Practice Forum 2025 (PPF2025) — professional liability and strata practice — and extends the discussion into practical issues that architects face in practice.  Mr. Daniel Tan Wee Xian will expand further on liability beyond completion, limitation periods, estate liability and professional risk.  Mr. Chris Tan Chur Pim will continue the strata conversation, moving from the Strata Titles Act into the Strata Management Act and its practical implications for architects.  Ar. Sharina Intan Abdullah from LAM will share first-hand insights on ACP registration, compliance, and the full practice lifecycle from registration to cessation. A compact half-day session, with topics that matter to every practising architect.
