- 11 авг.QUANTUM IS NOT A GUESS. 💰📊 Can you justify every dollar… or are you just estimating the loss? One of the biggest reasons construction claims are reduced—or rejected—is weak quantum. A successful claim doesn't simply state a number. It demonstrates how that number was calculated. A robust quantum should be: ✔️ Contract-compliant ✔️ Evidence-based ✔️ Transparent ✔️ Traceable Remember: 📌 Entitlement answers "Why?" 📌 Quantum answers "How much?" Without a reliable quantum assessment, even a valid claim can lose credibility. 💥 Common mistakes ❌ Estimating instead of calculating ❌ Mixing recoverable and non-recoverable costs ❌ No audit trail from records to calculations ✅ Professional approach ✔️ Build quantum from actual project records ✔️ Separate direct, indirect and consequential costs ✔️ Link every cost item to the contractual event ✔️ Make every figure independently verifiable 💡 Golden Rule Entitlement wins the argument. Quantum determines the recovery. A convincing claim doesn't ask to be believed… It proves every number. القيمة المالية ليست تقديرًا… بل إثباتًا. 💰📊 هل تستطيع تبرير كل مبلغ تطالب به… أم أنه مجرد تقدير؟ من أكثر أسباب تخفيض أو رفض المطالبات هو ضعف إعداد القيمة المالية (Quantum). المطالبة الناجحة لا تذكر رقمًا فقط… بل توضح كيف تم احتساب هذا الرقم. يجب أن تكون القيمة المالية: ✔️ متوافقة مع العقد ✔️ مدعومة بالأدلة ✔️ واضحة وشفافة ✔️ قابلة للتتبع والمراجعة تذكر دائمًا: 📌 الاستحقاق يجيب: لماذا؟ 📌 القيمة المالية تجيب: كم؟ فحتى مع ثبوت الاستحقاق، قد تفقد المطالبة قوتها إذا لم تكن القيمة المالية مبررة. 💥 أخطاء شائعة ❌ الاعتماد على التقديرات بدل الحسابات ❌ خلط التكاليف القابلة وغير القابلة للاسترداد ❌ غياب الربط بين المستندات والأرقام ✅ التصرف الاحترافي ✔️ اعتمد على سجلات المشروع الفعلية ✔️ افصل بين التكاليف المباشرة وغير المباشرة ✔️ اربط كل بند تكلفة بالحدث الذي تسبب فيه ✔️ اجعل كل رقم قابلًا للمراجعة والتحقق 💡 القاعدة الذهبية الاستحقاق يكسب النقاش… والقيمة المالية تحدد التعويض. المطالبة القوية لا تعرض أرقامًا فقط… بل تثبت مصدر كل رقم.0,00%

Having additional costs or delays doesn't automatically create entitlement. A successful claim must demonstrate a clear connection between: 📌 The Event ➜ The Impact ➜ The Loss If that link cannot be established, the claim becomes difficult to justify. 💥 Common mistakes ❌ Focusing only on the loss ❌ Assuming every additional cost is recoverable ❌ Weak cause-and-effect analysis ✅ Professional approach ✔️ Clearly identify the triggering event ✔️ Demonstrate how it affected the project ✔️ Support the claim with objective evidence ✔️ Connect every cost to its actual cause 💡 Golden Rule Evidence proves what happened. Causation proves entitlement. A strong claim doesn't just show what was lost—it proves why it was lost. Don't go without asking about the types of causation. لا سبب... لا مطالبة 🔗⚖️ هل تستطيع إثبات العلاقة... أم تثبت الخسارة فقط؟ تفشل العديد من المطالبات ليس بسبب نقص الأدلة، بل بسبب عدم إثبات العلاقة السببية. وجود تكلفة إضافية أو أثر على المشروع لا يعني تلقائيًا وجود استحقاق. فالمطالبة الناجحة يجب أن تثبت التسلسل التالي: 📌 الحدث ➜ الأثر ➜ الخسارة إذا لم تثبت هذه العلاقة، يصبح تبرير المطالبة أكثر صعوبة. 💥 أخطاء شائعة ❌ التركيز على الخسارة فقط ❌ افتراض أن كل تكلفة إضافية قابلة للاسترداد ❌ تجاهل العوامل الأخرى المؤثرة ❌ ضعف تحليل العلاقة بين السبب والأثر ✅ التصرف الاحترافي ✔️ حدد الحدث الذي أدى إلى المطالبة ✔️ أثبت أثره على المشروع ✔️ ادعم المطالبة بأدلة موضوعية ✔️ اربط كل تكلفة بسببها الحقيقي 💡 القاعدة الذهبية الأدلة تثبت ما حدث... والعلاقة السببية تثبت الاستحقاق. المطالبة القوية لا تكتفي بإثبات الخسارة، بل تثبت سببها. لا تذهب دون أن تسأل عن أنواع السببية.0,00%
