Students enrolled in the dual master's degree of public international law (Paris University-RULE) learn with leading European academics in their field of expertise and earn the French State master's degree of public international law. Congratulations to Serei Sovanden, alumnus of the the Dual Master's Degree of Public International Law, for his participation in the French National Day military parade on July 14th 2026, as a student-officer at Saint-Cyr Military Academy. It is an incredible achievement, being the only Cambodian military officer apprentice to be granted this honour. Sovanden was able to join the most prestigious French military academy after completing his English-based dual master's degree in public international law, which granted him the French State master's degree, as a key to expand his education abroad.
