🙏🙏🙏 Food is attention. Attention carries your energy or other's attention transfers the energy. Eating others energy means seeking attention from others. Some attentions naturally flow towards people. Some attention is stolen by poking emotionally psychologically. Real mastery in life is able to direct your attention where you want. Secondly able to withdraw attention and return your energy back to your center feeding your being with your presence. It will be good of you guys listen to my lecture on attention and there is a practise as, well to do that. Your thoughts also consume you. Various entities spirits connect to you through your ego mind thought kingdom and you feed them becsuse you do not know how to stop feeding your useless thoughts and direct them to creative thoughts. Creative thoughts lead to action uncreative thoughts are mental obsessive replaying of thoughts which drains you. Chanting in mind kind of practises teach you how to keep circulating your energy with one thought that creates power in you. Let me say it very clearly that your biggest drain is your own thinking. When you obsessively think of others negatively positively you are transferring your energy to them. This is what runs whole movie stars politician singers lives that recieve lots of attention. One caution if you steal some ones energy by pulling their attention by manipulation or by control it dies not bring only energy food but it also brings the mind and contamination of that person as, well which you digest. This can be done on our level of you can digest and deal with infections, which come along with the food. Best food is avaliable in nature eat as much their. Technical name for this food is prana. Emotional hunger compensates itself with food. Body hunger compensates itself with mental procrastination Scrolling is emotional mental junk food you are not recieving any prana for life but a electronic device which consumes your life force. You end up empty. It's better to listen to a friend do blah blah in your face there is a better energy or feeding a love source than an electric cold lifeless world of internet. Your consiousness starts, to live in that unreal projected imagery which you think is real. You energy enters into illusion. First understand what is, attention and the dynamics how you feed and consume go slowly. And one word of apology that I am not a, courteous person I will use aggressive words not to disrespect you but to shake your energy. And my interest is not pat your ego or mine my interest is truth. Hunger fulfilled through healthy self interaction and relational sharing creates a sense of creativity and celebration of your body a well being a joy to have a body not as a problem but as a instrument to create. This aspect leads to the true nature of physical cosmos which is seen as dance of Shiva of sound of energy. That dance is a sign of deep state of self love as, life as body. Thus freedom brings meaning or value to life. When body is just used as a tool to fulfill needs of desire and social demands then your inner female becomes toxic and stops cooperating with the ego mind. Then psychologically it manifests as a pointlessness of life, of relations, of sex of love etc. Body female when kis nit used but loved as a goal then your body awakens and your kundalini which carries the potentials and creatuvties they start to bloom and blossom. This is the deeper longing of the body which most of humans do not notice that's why inspite of all yoga health, work out good medical care family love etc people fall sick die of diseases. We as a humanity has forgotten that life is not a job or project body is not a tool social, relational labour but it is a being independent of your psychology which exist on this family of planets and creatures. This body has a relation with this cosmos is that of ecstasy, celebration and expression of cosmic creative energy. It carries fuel of joy not of labour work. I have seen this in yoga schools, millions of men women are doing yoga for health due a good sexy body only to be efficient for ego manipulations of the body. Health for what if i ask you if not fir celebrating your existence. If you did not celebrate with your body you will never feel the real orignal meaning or value of life which is intense joyous, dance of life and your body wants to join the party but it is unable to do so because it's surviving your toxic male mind which uses it for it's ego desires. So your second longing after hunger is expression of that energy in joy. JOY is the real meaning of life it's not a purpose which your mind can understand but it's a feeling only your body wisdom understands and carries since the formation of earth. Longing of body energy to feel ecstasy to move at high accelerated speed of atoms within not at the de accelerated speed of ego mind with its gears and greeds. You need on body level is not sex really but juice which flows your energy starts to throb at its orignal frequency thats why Sex gives birth to another body. Your body is electric phenomenon not material form but mind sees it as material an illusion created by mind. You need is, to feel your electric body which is plugged into whole cosmic network then it starts to recieve and channelise energies from the cosmic family. That's what happens to sages and seers they learnt about life about science about art from the cosmic connection of their body which channelised the cosmic wisdom. Such people artists, scientist created cultures brought revolutions in societies which opposed them as crazy or mad because they did not adjusted to human de accelerated energy and psychology but instead they plugged into accelerated mind of cosmos. The need and addiction for drugs is a solution for de accelerated state we live in. You cannot solve adduction to drugs till you do not give human body freedom from restriction and let it discover it's bliss and ecstasy. People think yogis and enlightened people are indifferent to life but opposite is true they are indifferent to low frequency life style of humanity they are addicts of life and it's joy. Spiritual is greatest of addiction for feel of your life the cosmic self in you. So if you want to understand health, life, sex, addiction, creativity then you must understand your most essential need is joy celebration and ecstasy in that energy state you experience liberation from bondage as body and discover freedom as an electric being spread all over cosmos. Then this cosmos is not your home but your body.

We eat sun through food. We eat each other's energies through relations. We all eat and feed in someway. If food on one hand is to consume for survival on deeper level eating is making somethings part of your body energy and mind. A good disciple is who ka able to eat and assimilate gurus energy and makes it his action. A good relation is a kind of food which your body mind can digest and becomes healthy instead of being sick. A bad relation is a food your body rejects or is poisonous for your system. It's important to understand what implies eating then we will be able to understand hungers, bondages and freedoms. Eating implies taking in food which is condensed energy as food which is fire active energy of sun it comes in touch with our body through our mouth we feel the taste and our body responds to it We eat more of what we like and eat less which we don't. Food which is fire in the mouth comes in touch with saliva which is water. Two basic energies essential for life. Saliva represent feminine energy food sun energy male aspect. Saliva carries electric current of bio electricity and neuro connection which is creative functioning wisdom of the body. They together create energy and life which becomes our actions and thoughts. EACH food you eat it has a certain mind or energy frequencies which it carries and they will become part of eho you are. That's why what kind of food you eat is what makes you as a being. This also applies to kind of mind food and energy food your recieve through information and emotional connections. The hunger which we talk about deals with a deeper hunger which we carry an inherent need in body to recieve presence The center for hunger of body on cosmic level is attention to your energy center. Attention is the deepest food. Attention is like light of the sun which nourishes you and validates your existence. But our bodies are most deprived aspect as it's deeper need. We use body as tool for our social, mental and functional needs. Where as the feminine aspect of your body longs for your make aspect gives, her attention not as, a tool but as a lover as a partner. Daoism works on first hunger by asking you to bring your attention into navel center your energy center. This connects your inner female body and inner make attention wisdom they can get connected. This is the first revolution within you and inner alchemy happens when your body starts to feel alive healthy and full of energy. But mostly people's body females are abandoned by their inner males emotionally but used as tool. Hence our deeper inner hunger is not understood and one starts to seek attention and energy on physical level from others through sex, through crowds, through friends and starts to eat others energies. But other bodies are mostly all alike they are abandoned females seeking their males in other minds which themselves are too busy to pay attention to anything but their own personal ambitions. Hence a struggle begins between two bodies and minds to recieve and get acknowledged in the name of love care and friendship. If a person is able to become his own juice or food then this toxic dependence on others can be avoided. Instead such a self circulating body has a, radiant energy and health which can share without any manipulation or getting manipulated. Because power politics on level of body is a control over other body for the need of your body. A promise or commitment of faithfulness in relations is that I will eat and feed you not any other body. Here you can see how this unfulfilled hunger takes so many distorted forms within our relation and social interactions. This is bondage aspect of hunger Now is our body or hunger is a dead end a, constant feeding and survival? Whats the point of such existence then?

I asked"What is truth" Answer was"That which is not untrue" What is untrue then? That which is not present. How to be in present? There is no way to reach where you are standing. How to be free of lies? Even untrue and illusion is truth pretending to be a lie! What is liberation? It's is as much of a lie as bondage! What is the point of spiritual journey? It's a play to discover yourself again where you are. Why there is world? Why not! What is the point of it all? There is no point to play but joy of participation. What is the point of suffering? Ask what is the point of joy you will understand. Is there a divine force out there? There is no out there it's all in here! I still feel same trapped in my mind thoughts how I can experience the truth? Don't worry stay where you are, stay trapped relax nothing lasts. Neither freedom nor liberation. Trap is your story to chase freedom. Getting bored of trap is the ending of trap. If you don't indulge in trap but see there is no trap but spell of your thinking you cast on yourself. Is there any point in learning and knowledge? If you learn to explain away things then there is no point. It will make your mind arrogant . But if you learn with sense of wonder and appreciation then life becomes mysterious. Then your knowledge will make you see the vastness, diversity and beauty of life. Your mind will become humble and bow down to this that and all. That state is devotion. That is what is Ram the vast the unknowable but a joy and ecstasy. It's is a point which forms and dissolve all the points. In itself it's everything and nothing.

You as a mind cannot defeat this creative force our culture tried and resulting perversion, rape, pornography, violence, child abuse relational power politics, guilt etc. You can only direct your creativity to other creations but you cannot not create because, your whole body is a constant creativity of cells and neurons that why you are alive. That means inside your body their is still sex going on which your parents triggered. Yuck😝😂. Don't think of them as your parents but creative energies of creation. People get terminal illnesses and most common and overlooked aspect is that their relation as a psychology with their creativity ie sexuality is, perverted, contorted and repressed. Hencd lover cells within your body stop loving creating eachother but instead start hating and killing each other. So before I explain about your three hungers, three vitalities you need to be clear what truly desire is, hunger is. 🙏🙏🙏

🙏🙏🙏 Before I explain hungers you need to understand what hunger means on cosmic level. It's is not just consuming to survive or fulfill the belly that's is just one side of hunger which can be called receptive need huger as feminine energy. There is a active aspect to this hunger which is part of the evolution that is a longing or desire to express that fire which you ate. In nature nothing is dead end like human social desires which are only about selfish need to full fill its own belly or desire. That's why our desires are not supported by life. For eg everybody wants money asks life for money but money for what. You say to live to survive. OK good but survive for what? You see life is not such a basic stupid design as imagined by Darwin and monkey company. In every function and desire there should be a continuity and evolution of your being and planet through your hunger. If you want money to serve life with your talents not to buy a ferrari then life will provide you. But for ferrari which has no evolutionary function it is left for your ego mind to earn, buy show off your superiority and pay price for it by facing jealousy of other ferrari hunters. EACH hunger is a hunger for a certain energy and each energy recieved has inherent creativity. Sun energy in the food has inherent energy of the sun to create more light and growth not just end up fulfilling your toxic mind indulgences. Sun hopes to shine through you that's the other hunger which is to create more life not consume life. It's not surprising that around the world sperm rate is decreasing in males. The reason is that the sexuality is no more of creation of new life but indulgence of mind using vital force of nature. Nature responds and provides you with blanks. I can tell you if you are filled with intention to care and provide for life then there is nothing more potent than such male or female. Such humans don't carry blanks in their blood but potent life force willing to expand life. What ever such heart touches they fertelize that action or relation. From this percpective our sexuality is not a personal ego indulgence game, but nature's creativity, it's a hunger to create more life and what we call lust or desire is nothing but need to expand life through your life not deplete life or consume another life to satisfy your imupulse. Sexuality is a creative drive but when it's used by mind fir entertainment and indulgence it become destructive impulse. It brings out other point which will be great for youngsters to understand that of you are feeling obsessed with sexual thoughts and indulgences and feel bad and wasted. Furst you need to not personalise this as your moral fault but see it as creativity seeking to expand. It's not sexuality it's a creativity. Then it opens other door for you if you cannot find a creativity partner that does not mean that you cannot be creative. Because need is not for partner but creativity. Hence creativity is a great balancer of obsessive sexual or creative drive. Then such person dies not feel dependent on the need of the other. No wonder artist attract more opposite, sex partners because their creative drive is fully expressed and has found its identity as a active flowing energy. Such energy attracts others. People ask often that I want someone to love but when you look at their face it's a stagnant uncreative, stuck beggar like state. Now why would someone would like to or love to love you or touch you. Be creative that's, your real lust not another body then bodies you will attract. This is true celibacy filled with vitality and creative independence that you do not need other to express your energy and that independence makes you like brahma who our of his, own energy creatsz more life eternally. Such person is truly sexual, vital creative. On darker side of so called celibacy monks practitioners start to repress their creativity as dark or sin hence their bodies, wither away and their minds become obsessed and perverted.

It reminds me that spirituality is not a conceptual curiosity but a hunger within us. But this hunger is misunderstood by mind as need for answers and some deep clever wicked thoughts which will satisfy your spiritual needs. When you are hungry you don't need recipes as answers to your need but actual food. Hence spiritually hungry people carry huge belly of uneatable undigested information which destroys their possibility to digest any real food which can nourish the body which is right now is diseased by the pseudo food. 🙏🙏🙏 To understand deeply your own functioning as a social self and to understand our tendencies of addictions, postponement, procrastination etc it helps to understand our core energy properties of three centers within us. From these three centers arises issues related to body, emotions and mind. Explanations of social experts, doctors, religions and teachers just give us a moral ethical socially correct guidance to follow. But those mental concepts of one should not smoke, one should not scroll, one should not indulge etc don't work because without understanding the frequencial aspect and energy aspect of your elemental make up of your being from where our addictions, negative patterns arise, are overlooked and even teachers or experts are not aware of their control and power over your life energy. Ego mind thinks that thought is everything and change of thought changes your life. That's a very uneducated assumption regarding your primal make up. As a culture we avoid energy issues because it's force is not controlable hence it is subdued and humans are trained to live on thought as the highest wisdom in their life. They overlooked the deeper aspect of you which is a mind before thought and after thought the orignal mind made of energy and consiousness. Which is connected with the consiousness of planet and it's being, which is connected with solar bodies and their mind which is not thought but a functioning. WE feel victim to our mind, desires, compulsions and longings which leads us to disasters and accidents in our social, emotional and physical existence We blame the human guilty, or the social disorder or moral decay of humans. These are just very childish consolations and avoidance of real issue. It will help you deeply if you understand your deeper primitive energy self which is the source and power of who you are as a person. People do not do things by decision of thoughts and ego mind that is just a illusion of ego. People do things by the currents and compulsions of your energy and it's basic needs for it to function and survive. Your ego mind thinks that I want this, I love you, I don't like, I feel low, I feel good etc. But at energyclevel it's, your overlooked and undernourished aspects deprived by your social needs and submissions. But this part is much more powerful than any social or psychological control. You can control on social level then it plays havoc on your inner physical and emotional levels where diseases and mental emotional disorders appear. Hence it is important to get in touch with yourself you need to understand that behind every want or desire you have there is a deeper need and hunger which your compulsions desires and actions are trying to fulfill without understanding your real need and compensating it with indulgence. Hence on energetic level you need to understand your THREE HUNGERS as a cosmic animal that will put your desires and compulsions as a, social animal. THREE HUNGERS HUNGER OF THE MIND HUNGER OF THE HEART HUNGER OF THE NAVAL CENTER. All that you are is because of malfunction or balance of these three needs which are socially misunderstood repressed diverted and controlled through education, social and moral control, self judgment the ultimate suicide of not providing food to your being but providing it with words, philosophies and do and donts. If you are hungry and to tell you that you should not eat will not satisfy your hunger and if that hunger is judged as morally wrong as, your personal fault then your days are numbered or you will rob and eat anything which can stop the hunger. In India you see cows whose bellies are swollen on one side as a, huge tumour but in fact that is all the plastic they eat because of thwir hunger they eat anything which smells and carries, traces of food.

A reminder this is the most powerful message by Krishnamurti that's all he talked about all his life. He is even mentioning without being aware perhaps the technique by shiva that look at everything as if for the first time. When you think about something you are no more looking. Hence look at thoughts don't think about what you are thinking but look observe your thoughts. It will take time because you will keep jumping on train of thinking about what and why you are thinking. This simlle process is most easy and powerful way to awaken your third eye with no harm as it happens with yogic kundalini methods which awaken your third eye without your disidentification with thoughts. If you are really sincere enough of guru hoping etc this way is most easy and terrifying for ego because it is made of thoughts but when you observe then ego is no more boss.
