And then, together, we exhale.   How it works Holotropic Breathwork® uses deep, conscious breathing and evocative music to open access to layers of yourself that everyday awareness keeps quiet. No experience is needed, and nothing has to be fixed — the facilitators hold a safe, supported space, and your own process unfolds at its own pace. Over the two days we breathe twice: each of us takes a turn as breather and a turn as sitter — once making the journey, once holding space for another. To be held while you breathe, and to hold while another does, is already a kind of relationship, practiced in the body.
