This update is an opportunity for students who applied previously but had not yet graduated at the time, and whose applications had missing documents (such as the high school certificate or the Qudurat and Tahsili test scores for Saudi graduates), and who have not yet received either an acceptance or rejection decision. *Important steps to follow when submitting the support ticket: * Choose the one university that is your top priority, as only one university can be selected. * Attach the missing documents as clear images (you may upload *up to 5 images*). *Important notes:* * You cannot submit another support ticket until *7 days* have passed since your last one, so make sure all your information and attachments are correct before submitting. * This process is *not guaranteed* to result in your application being reconsidered. Having a certificate is important. You can do the Hamza Test (hasn't opened yet) or Find any institution that can give you a certificate.
