Following the announcement dated 05/05/1405, please be advised that obtaining a Unique Identification Code (Shenase-ye Yekta) is mandatory for all students by the end of Mordad 1405 (August 22, 2026). 📌 Since obtaining the Unique ID is a requirement for registration, accessing health insurance coverage, and handling other related administrative affairs, all students are strongly requested to obtain this code as soon as possible and avoid postponing it until the final days. 🔴 IMPORTANT: Failure to obtain the Unique ID within the specified deadline may cause issues with the health insurance registration process and other educational and administrative services of the university. Good news for male student soccer players!⚽️🥅 Resumption of soccer and futsal sessions for international students starting from August 4, 2026 (14 Mordad 1405). Through the efforts and follow-up of the Student and Cultural Affairs Office of the International Campus, and with the kind cooperation of the university’s Physical Education Management, soccer and futsal sessions have been launched for male international students. Talented and professional students in the field of soccer can attend: ⚽️ Wednesdays from 19:00 to 20:30 at the Chamran No. 1 grass field &. ⚽️ Thursdays from 16:00 to 17:30 at the Chamran multi-purpose sports hall. 📢Official Notice: Uloom Paya Exam Rescheduled! Dear Students, We are pleased to inform you that TUMS has officially accepted the Uloom Paya Exam postponement letter issued by the Ministry of Health. 📢 ISRC Official Meeting Update! On Monday, 27 July 2026, a meeting was held between the ISRC Vice Director, ISRC General Secretary, and the respective dormitory representatives with Dr. Jokar, Ms. Shams, and Ms. Karami to discuss the concerns and requirements of international students residing in the dormitories. 🔰Meeting Points 1. Breakfast and Lunch in Dormitories The university is working on providing breakfast and lunch in the dormitories. Before implementation, statistics will be collected through the respective dormitory representatives. A detailed update regarding this process will be shared soon. 2. Dormitory Fee Adjustment For the period during which the dormitories remained closed, international students will be charged only 25% of the dormitory fee. For Iranian students, the university is charging 50% for the same period. This reduction to 25% has been approved specifically for international students. Additionally, the daily $10 fine mentioned in the dormitory contract for delayed payment of dormitory fee will not be applied. 3. Dormitory Maintenance and Other Issues Dormitory-specific issues, including refrigerators, coolers, air conditioners, and other maintenance-related concerns, were presented by the respective dormitory representatives during the meeting. Students are requested to report any dormitory-related issues to their respective dormitory representatives. 🛑🛑🛑Important Notice for International Students Dear Students, Please be informed that, in accordance with the arrangements made and the implementation of the National Health Insurance Coverage Plan, obtaining a Yekta ID (شناسه یکتا) is mandatory for all international students. Therefore, all students are kindly requested to visit an Electronic Citizen Services Office as soon as possible to obtain their Yekta ID (شناسه یکتا). Important: Starting from September 23, 2026, the Office of Student and Cultural Affairs of the International Campus will no longer issue referral letters for hospital visits to enable students to receive Health Insurance benefits or access medical services. Please note that only students who have obtained a Yekta ID (شناسه یکتا) will be eligible to receive all Health Insurance benefits and coverage. 🔰🔰🔰Student Issues Discussed with Dr. Taheri! Salam everyone! Today, TUMS-ISRC had a meeting with Dr. Taheri where we discussed several student concerns. One of the main issues we raised again was the English language issue. While we did not receive a definite response on this matter, TUMS-ISRC will continue to follow up and advocate for students until a proper solution is reached. During the discussion, Dr. Taheri mentioned that students whose exams are conducted in Persian have already been receiving extra time. He also assured us that this additional time will be increased further so that students are given enough time to complete their exams. 🛑🛑🛑Dormitory Fee Payment Policy Update Dear Students, We would like to inform you about an important update regarding the dormitory fee payment policy. Previously, the university required students to submit 6 months' dormitory fees in advance. TUMS-ISRC discussed this matter with the university administration and requested that students be allowed to pay their dormitory fees after each semester instead. Although the university did not approve the semester-end payment proposal, it agreed to revise the policy by reducing the advance payment period from 6 months to 3 months. Therefore, effective immediately, all students will be required to pay 3 months' dormitory fees in advance. You may select either Tehran or Kish Island as your examination center. 💢 Key Points (Please Read Carefully): 🔸 Final & Binding Choice: Once you select a venue (Tehran or Kish), you will be permitted to sit for your exams exclusively at that chosen center. No changes or transfers will be allowed under any circumstances. 🔸 Accommodation Responsibility: If you opt to take your exams in Tehran, please note that the university bears no responsibility for providing accommodation. All lodging and stay arrangements are entirely the student's own responsibility. 🛑🛑🛑Update on English-Medium Examinations! Dear Students, We would like to update you on an important matter regarding the language of examinations. Over the past months, TUMS-ISRC has held multiple meetings and discussions with university officials to advocate for changing the examination medium from Persian to English for both the Physiopathology and Stagery phases. We made every possible effort to present students' concerns and emphasize the academic benefits of this change. We are pleased to announce that the university has agreed to conduct all Physiopathology examinations in English. However, despite our continued efforts and negotiations, the university has decided that Stagery examinations will continue to be conducted in Persian. Although we were unable to achieve the desired outcome for both phases, we consider the approval of English examinations for the Physiopathology phase to be an important step forward.
