Good part of the day everyone! We are working on a documentary film and research paper associated with University of Toronto x Columbia University about Uzbekistan and youth between May 15 to June 7. I need 15-20 people to conduct interviews in different parts of Uzbekistan, no matter in what language and in what region of Uzbekistan. Only thing I incapable of doing is I cannot work with anyone under 15 years old according ethical rules that we were given by both universities. I need people in different sectors: 1. Young people—any one of you guys are more than welcome to be part of our project if you want to. 2. School administrators in both public and private sectors 3. People who work in government sector for more than 5 years. 4. Students who got into Top universities or are studying right now at certain university 5. Anyone that we will be good example to represent an Uzbekistan citizen to the world. 6. People who can help with logistical issues in different parts of Uzbekistan, including Tashkent and Tashkent region. If anyone has contacts with such people or willing to take part in themselves are welcome to reach me out at @diyorbeknomozovv ; just one reminder that your message has to include brief information about yourself or person you are suggesting and how can you help us with research. We can provide certificates and letters of appreciation by University of Toronto and Columbia University for anyone who will be helping us during our research.

Hello everyone, does anybody have connections in SAMPI university, like medical uni in tashkent, i need somebody from first year asap!
A new AP exam center! As some of you have already heard, we have been working on opening the first AP center in Tashkent at Target International School. I am happy to share that we have a deal; trust me, it's better than Trump's with Zelenskyy, haha. College Board created an access code this week, and we are ready to register students starting next week. I just wanted to know what subjects are in most demand from students taking it this year. We will have only limited subjects available for this year’s exam, but we will have a fully functional AP curriculum starting next Academic year at Target International School. Yes, We are expanding! We are open to discussing all topics related to AP exams, including pricing, the number of subjects you can take, and more!
I Deleted My Social Media After Watching This… After watching The Social Dilemma, I realized how social media manipulates our attention, exploits our data, and even affects our mental health. The scariest part? We are the product. So, I made a decision—I deleted my social media. Not just a detox, but a real step toward regaining control of my time and focus. If you haven’t seen The Social Dilemma, I highly recommend it. It might change the way you see social media too. Have you ever thought about quitting social media? Let’s talk.
Is it common with you too? Leave comment below…

📢 Is Studying at a Top University Really Worth It? The Truth No One Tells You! 🎓 Many students dream of studying at Harvard, Oxford, UofT, or any other top university—but is it really the dream life you imagine? As an international student at the University of Toronto, let me share what I’ve learned so far. ✅What a Top University Gives You: Prestige & Opportunities – A degree from a top university opens doors to great careers, internships, and networking with successful people. Employers value the brand name! Challenging Environment – You’ll be surrounded by ambitious students, which pushes you to grow faster than ever. If you want to be the best, you must compete with the best. Personal Growth & Adaptability – Moving abroad, handling stress, and pushing yourself beyond limits is not easy, but it makes you stronger. Studying in such a competitive place teaches resilience, time management, and self-discipline—essential skills for success in life. Credibility for Your Brand – If you’re planning to build a career, launch a startup, or create content, having a top university on your profile gives you authority and trust. I’ve seen this firsthand with my Telegram and social media projects. ❌ But Here’s What They Don’t Tell You: It’s Extremely Challenging – The coursework is intense, exams are tough, and the pressure is real. Many students experience burnout and self-doubt. If you’re not ready to adapt and work smart, it can get overwhelming. Grades Aren’t Everything – I’ve seen students with perfect grades but no real skills, struggling after graduation. It’s not just about studying—it’s about applying knowledge, networking, and building real-world experience. Loneliness & Mental Pressure – Being an international student can be hard. You might feel alone, face cultural differences, or struggle to find balance between studying, social life, and mental health. 🎯 So, Is It Worth It? If your goal is high achievement, career success, and personal growth, then YES—studying at a top university can be life-changing. But it’s NOT a magic solution. Success depends on YOU, not just the university name. 📌 My Advice for Future Applicants: ✔️ Focus on skills, not just grades – Universities want well-rounded students, not just those with perfect scores. ✔️ Develop resilience – Be ready to handle pressure and challenges. ✔️ Network & build your brand – Connect with people, gain experience, and create something unique. 🚀 Ask Yourself: Are You Ready? If you think top universities are just about prestige, think again. The challenge is real, but so is the growth. 💬 Drop a comment: Are you ready for this journey? Or do you have doubts? Let’s talk. 👇 Are you preparing to apply to a top university? Drop your questions in the comments! I’ll share my experience and tips to help you succeed! 🚀✨ #TopUniversities #StudyAbroad #StudentLife #UniversityTips #Success
