قال رسول الله ﷺ: إذا ماتَ الإنسانُ انقَطَعَ عَمَلُهُ إلاّ مِن ثَلاثٍ: إلاّ مِن صَدَقَةٍ جاريَةٍ أو عِلمٍ يُنتَفَعُ بِهِ أو وَلَدٍ صالِحٍ يَدعُو لَهُ؛ ميزان الحكمه، ح ۱۴۲۸۷ پيامبر اعظم ﷺ: با مرگ انسان، رشته عملش قطع مى‌شود، مگر از سه چيز: صدقه جارى (و ماندگار)، دانشى كه مردم از آن بهره‏‌مند شوند، و فرزند نيكوكارى كه برايش دعا كند. الإمامُ الصّادقُ عليه السلام: إنّما الاُمورُ ثلاثةٌ؛ أمرٌ بَيِّنٌ رُشدُهُ فَيُتَّبَعُ ، و أمرٌ بَيِّنٌ غَيُّهُ فَيُجتَنَبُ ، و أمرٌ مُشكِلٌ يُرَدُّ عِلمُهُ إلى اللّه و إلى رسولِهِ، قالَ رسولُ اللّه ﷺ: حَلالٌ بَيِّنٌ، و حَرامٌ بَيِّنٌ، و شُبُهاتٌ بَينَ ذلكَ، فَمَن تَرَكَ الشُّبُهاتِ نَجا مِنَ المُحَرَّماتِ، و مَن أخَذَ بِالشُّبُهاتِ ارتَكَبَ المُحَرَّماتِ و هَلَكَ مِن حيثُ لا يَعلَمُ. اصول كافي ج١ ص٦٨ امام صادق عليه السلام: امور سه گونه اند؛ امرى كه درستى آن روشن است ، پس بايد آن را دنبال كرد، امرى كه نادرستى اش آشكار است، پس بايد از آن دورى نمود، و امرى مبهم است، پس بايد علم آن را به خدا و رسولش ارجاع داد. رسول خدا ﷺ فرمود : حلالى روشن وجود دارد و حرامى روشن و در اين ميان امورى است مشتبه و مبهم، پس هر كه شبهات را رها كند، از حرامها نجات يابد و هر كه شبهات را پى گيرد مرتكب حرامها شود و ندانسته به هلاكت در افتد. Imam Sadiq (peace be with him): “Concerns are three types: matters that are obviously correct, thus one should pursue it. (Then) there are clearly immoral and incorrect matters, therefore one should refrain from it. (Lastly,) there are unclear and ambiguous matters, and one must defer it to God and His Prophet (for guidance and clarity). The Prophet (peace be with him and his progeny): ‘The lawful and permissible is clear and the unlawful and impermissible is clear. And between these two is the unclear, doubts, and ambiguous matters. Therefore, whoever avoids doubts and unclear matters will be saved from the unlawful. Husain is still alone.. those who remember the name of Husain are many, yet those who follow his footsteps are few. Examining the Intellect سِتَّةٌ تُخْتَبَرُ بِهَا عُقُولُ النَّاسِ الْحِلْمُ عِنْدَ الْغَضَبِ وَالصَبْرُ عِنْدَ الرَّهَبِ وَالْقَصْدُ عِنْدَ الرَّغَبِ وَتَقْوَى اللَّهِ فِي كُلِّ حَالٍ وَحُسْنُ الْمُدَارَاةِ وَقِلَّةُ الْمُمَارَاةِ تصنيف غرر الحكم ودرر الكلم، عبد الواحد الآمدى التميمي، ص ٥٥ Imam Ali (peace be with him): “There are six things by which people’s intellects may be examined: forbearance in the state of anger, firmness in fear, deliberation when faced with desire, Godwariness at all times, amicableness, and bare minimum engagement in disputation (or to avoid arguing to the best extent).” @AbodeofWisdom https://t.me/AbodeofWisdom

💬 Ayatollah Sayyed Riyadh Hussain Najafi (may God protect him) stated: “Your mourning gatherings begin on the 1st of Muharram and continue until the end of Safar, or even until the end of Rabī al-Awwal. The Sharī’ah has prescribed mourning for only the first ten days of Muharram; only ten days. During these days, one should refrain from expressions of joy and from worldly engagements. However, the prohibition of engaging in worldly activities applies only on the day of Āshūrā. If, for example, you have some necessary work or an important matter to attend to on the sixth or seventh of Muharram, other than wedding celebrations, you may attend to it. It is only on the day of Āshūrā that one should avoid worldly work. The first ten days of Muharram are prescribed for mourning; beyond that, it becomes a matter of personal choice. Likewise, wearing black clothing is only for those ten days. This was not prescribed for any other Imam; not even for Imam Ali (peace be with him). Nor was it prescribed for the Messenger of God (peace be with him and his family). This ruling is specific to Imam al-Hussain (peace be with him) (during the ten days commemorating his martyrdom). Yet people extend this mourning to two, four, or even six months. During that period, they are not even prepared to celebrate the birth anniversary of Imam al-Kāzim (peace be with him). Why? They say, ‘These are days of mourning.’ Who told you that these are days of mourning? The Sharī’ah says that only the first ten days of Muharram are designated as days of mourning.” ⭐️Excerpt from Friday Sermon, July 24th, 2026 💬 حضرت آیت اللہ سید ریاض حسین نجفی مدظلہ العالی: آپ کی مجالس یکم محرم سے شروع ہوتی ہیں اور یہ صفر کے آخر تک بلکہ آخرِ ربیع الاول تک چلی جاتی ہیں. شریعت نے صرف محرم کے دس دن غم منانے کا حکم دیا ہے، صرف دس دن! کوئی خوشی (کا اظہار) اور کوئی (دنیوی) کام نہ کریں، اور اس میں (کسی دنیوی) کام کا ناجائز ہونا صرف عاشورہ کے دن ہے. اگر چھ سات محرم کو آپ کا کوئی کام ہے، کوئی مسئلہ ہے، شادی بیاہ سے ہٹ کر تو آپ وہ کام کر سکتے ہیں. صرف عاشورہ کے دن کوئی کام نہیں کرنا چاہیے. دس دن محرم کے ہیں باقی آپ کی ذاتی مرضی ہے. اور یہ سیاہ کپڑے بھی دس دن ہی کے لیے ہیں. یہ کسی اور امام کے لیے نہیں کہا گیا، امیر المومنین علیہ السلام کے لیے بھی نہیں کہا گیا کہ آپ (انکی شہادت کے دنوں میں) سیاہ کپڑے پہنیں. رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ کے لیے بھی نہیں کہا گیا. یہ صرف امام حسین علیہ السلام (کی شہادت کے دس دن)کے لیے ہے. اس کو دو دو چار چار، چھ چھ مہینے لے جاتے ہیں، اور اس دوران امام کاظم کی ولادت کا دن منانے کے لیے آپ تیار نہیں ہیں. کیوں؟ کہتے ہیں اس وقت ایام غم ہیں! کس نے کہا ہے آپ کو کہ یہ ایام غم ہیں؟ “شریعت تو کہتی ہے صرف محرم کے دس دن ایام غم ہیں.” ⭐️ خطبۂ جمعہ سے اقتباس، ۲۴ جولائی ۲۰۲۶ 🔗 https://t.me/FaithKeepers
