🎉 YouLP: 3+ Years of Growing Leaders in Uzbekistan! 🎉 When we first launched the Young Leadership Program (YouLP) in 2022 — a joint initiative by Mahorat & Management and Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) in Uzbekistan — we set out with a clear and ambitious vision: to nurture a new generation of community-driven, values-oriented young professionals. Today, we are proud to say — we did it, together! We have just successfully completed Cohort 4, and our community now includes 80+ dedicated alumni — a powerful network of young leaders and change-makers shaping the future of Uzbekistan and beyond. Among our alumni are: ✅ Professionals working at Big Four companies ✅ El-Yurt Umidi scholarship recipients ✅ Inspiring educators, dentists, finance experts, lawyers, and IT specialists Each of them is actively contributing to society in impactful ways. Over the past 3+ years, YouLP has become more than a program — it has become a movement, a family, and a platform for purposeful leadership. 👏 We extend our heartfelt congratulations and gratitude to all who made this journey meaningful — our fellows, mentors, speakers, organizers, and supporters. 🌟 Young Leadership Program Alumni Reunion! 🌟 We are pleased to share our impressions from the recent Young Leadership Program Alumni Reunion, made possible through collaboration of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Uzbekistan @fesuzb and NGO Mahorat and Management @mahorat_management. The alumni gathering provided a fantastic opportunity to share experiences and strengthen connections. It was truly inspiring to see the energy and enthusiasm of our alumni as they came together to exchange stories, ideas, and aspirations. The event was a vivid reminder of the incredible community we have built together and the ongoing impact of our program.
