  • 18:50Ameen! Everything said above is really perfect. Think of it this way, out of allll 8 billion people in the world, Allah chose you to become a muslim. He gave you a heart that accepts Him as His lord, a heart that already sees Islam as the truth, He gave you a brain that can contemplate, He gave you health, He gave you all that is needed to suffice you, He weaves your story without you noticing every single detail, He is gentle with you, subtle in the way He cares for you....the list goes on. Leave everything else, He is the one who gives permission to your heart EVERY SINGLE TIME it beats. Does this Lord, lord of the worlds, not deserve to be worshipped the way He has ordered? The sole purpose we were created is for worship, where salah is the heart of it. Try surrounding yourself with everything that reminds you of salah. I remember writing "ሰላት የጀነት ቁልፍ ናት" and posting it in the salon when i was young. It's still there. These kind of reminders might seem silly but they actually work. You should be greedy with your friends. I mean, have friends who share akhirah goals with you. People around you will have a great impact on you, so make sure you have the best ones around you. May Allah help us all in our personal struggles.11,11%
  • 16 авг.the good thing is that you are still feeling guilty about it and want to get back to praying five times a day. may Allah help you with that. the fact that you are worried about your salah and want to return to it is itself something good, so don't let shaytan make you think that it is too late or that you have gone too far. salah is the second pillar of islam, after the shahadah. think about what that means. the first thing that comes after a person embraces islam is salah. that alone shows how important it is. there are very serious hadiths about abandoning salah. the Prophet (pbuh) said: “inna bayna al rajuli wa bayna al shirki wal kufri tarkas salah.” " Verily, between a man and shirk (polytheism) and kufr (disbelief) is the abandonment of prayer ". and the Prophet(pbuh) also said: “al ahdu alladhi baynana wa baynahumus salah, faman tarakaha faqad kafar.” “the covenant between us and them is prayer, so whoever abandons it has disbelieved.” there is a difference of opinion among the scholars regarding whether a person who abandons salah out of laziness becomes a kafir, while there is no disagreement that someone who denies that salah is obligatory has committed kufr. the issue of whether completely abandoning salah out of laziness constitutes kufr is itself a major matter of scholarly disagreement. but even the fact that the scholars discuss it as a matter of kufr shows you how serious abandoning salah is. and there are many ayahs from the Quran and many hadiths that show how important salah is. Allah says: “إِنَّ الصَّلَاةَ كَانَتْ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ كِتَابًا مَّوْقُوتًا.” “indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers at specified times.” notice that Allah says “mawqutan,” meaning that salah has appointed times. so we should not treat salah as something that can simply be pushed aside until we finish our tasks. it is not “let me finish this first, then i will pray.” it is something that has its own appointed time. so what is the solution? we know that salah is important, but i find it hard to pray on time. one reason for that can be becoming too comfortable with sins and haram things. there is a hadith that explains what sins can do to the heart. “when a servant commits a sin, a black spot appears on his heart. if he refrains from it, seeks forgiveness and repents, his heart is polished clean. but if he returns to the sin, it increases until it covers his heart.” so think about your qalb. every time i commit a sin, it can affect my heart. the sin could be something that i have started to consider normal in my daily life: looking at what is haram, listening to what is haram, speaking in a haram way, getting involved in what does not concern me, and so on. these things can harden the heart and make me careless about salah. so i should try to stay away from these sins, seek forgiveness when i fall into them, and constantly ask Allah to purify my heart. then, how do i pray on time? if i am a man, praying in congregation at the masjid is a very strongly emphasized matter, and many scholars consider congregational prayer in the masjid obligatory for men who are able to attend. there are also differences among the scholars regarding the exact ruling. there is a hadith: “whoever hears the call and does not come, there is no prayer for him except with an excuse.” so if i am a man and there is a masjid nearby, making it a habit to go there for salah can make a huge difference. when i hear the adhan, i should get up and go instead of telling myself that i will pray later. as a woman, praying at home is generally more virtuous than praying in the masjid. the Prophet (pbhu) said: “salatu al mar'ati fi baytiha afdalu min salatiha fi hujratiha, wa salatuha fi makhda'iha afdalu min salatiha fi baytiha.” “the prayer of a woman in her house is better than her prayer in her courtyard, and her prayer in her private chamber is better than her prayer in her house.” but then how do i make sure that i actually pray on time? @abduintheloop10,43%
  • 16 авг.have a prayer reminder app installed on my phone and let it remind me a few minutes before the prayer time. that way, if i am doing something, i know that salah is coming and i can wrap up what i am doing before the adhan. when the adhan comes, i make wudu and pray. make it a habit. don't let myself skip salah just because i don't feel like praying at that moment. i should not wait until i suddenly feel the urge. salah is an obligation, and sometimes i have to make myself get up even when i don't feel motivated. and i should not tell myself, “let me do it step by step. today i will pray zuhr and asr, then tomorrow i will add maghrib.” no. the five daily prayers are already obligatory, so the goal should be to return to all five as soon as possible, starting right now. if i have missed prayers, the matter of salah is something we all struggle with at different times. may Allah help me and all of us to return to salah, love salah, pray it on time, and remain steadfast upon it. may Allah soften our hearts, forgive our shortcomings, and never let us become comfortable with abandoning salah. • 23:41It starts from within. Instead of focusing on what you lack, start by appreciating what you have now. A simple exercise: every day, write down three small things that made you smile (a cup of coffee, a message from a friend, or even a moment of calm). This trains your mind to spot the positives amid the noise. Stop comparing: remember that social media only shows the best moments, so don’t compare the behind-the-scenes of your exhausting life with others’ perfect feeds. Managing mind and emotions. Your thoughts are what color your world; if they’re dark, the world will look dull. Live in the moment; anxiety is living in the future that hasn’t come yet, and regret is living in the past that’s already over. Focus on the “now.” Accept emotions; life isn’t constant happiness. It’s normal to feel sad or angry—accept these feelings, allow yourself to express them, then move forward. Investing in relationships: humans are social by nature; having a supportive circle is the secret to psychological resilience. Quality, not quantity: one true friend who understands your silence is better than a hundred friends of convenience. Giving: helping others releases happiness hormones (endorphins). Make someone else’s day beautiful, and you’ll find that your day has become more beautiful. Author: not me @abduintheloop7,84%
