And the American Village Project has come to an end. The very last set of offers have all pulled out. 1) The only thing left is some bureaucracy related to the homes. This is boring and there is no need to make posts about. 2) In a few weeks this channel will be converted to being about just "life in Russia" in general. All messages will be deleted so take your screenshots now. 3) Russia has become extremely expensive and new laws have really cancelled out the effects of the Shared Values Visa, so I can really no longer in good faith provide a pathway to Russia as it has become blocked. 4) Still haven't made a kopeck. Well, it was an interesting but ultimately failed experience. At least some people got some houses and a new life. I tried.

Tim Kirby's official response to the situation with Justus Walker   When crises begin in the migration bureaucracy, unfortunately, a kind heart will not help, but only a cold rational mind to find solutions.   According to RIA Novosti...   "Justus is a Russian citizen, his wife and children are not and are not going to be. There is Article 18.8 of the Administrative Code of Russia, according to which citizens planning to stay longer than the allotted time must notify the migration authorities. (He — Ed.) did not do this," the agency's interlocutor said.   According to the source, Walker's wife and children went to Krasnoyarsk for a visit and cannot come, so he will give explanations to the migration service himself."   If this is true, then this is a real problem, but as I understand it, at least one member of the State Duma has already come forward to deal with it. Rather, I should say, it is a solvable problem, especially "manually" through the State Duma.   BUT, this is yet again another huge immigration PR gaff for Russia. Every time something bad happens to foriegners in Russia who came for the shared values visa or lived here before that, it makes a massive ‘anti-advertisement’ as Russians say against moving here. At a meeting with a representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, I told them that for each of these bad moments, one year of my work to show off Russia as a country is canceled out. But here we are again, it happened again. In a few months, when the problem is resolved, the "fact" that "a loyal American was kicked out of nowhere" will be what people remember on the internet. It's a shame for Justus, for my efforts to promote the country and for the image of Russia. Note: Apparently the problem with foreigners having their bank accounts frozen out of nowhere was resolved a few days ago. Did it make any news? NOPE, all people will remember is that bank accounts were frozen and moving to Russia is ‘bad’.

The camera tracks the driver's gaze, head movements, and level of attention. According to the rules, the system should be active at speeds of 20 kilometers per hour. At lower speeds, it should warn if the driver looks away for too long, and the requirements become stricter at higher speeds.
