Meet Our New Shepherds! Rector: Rev Fr Samuel Lim Vice-Rectors: Rt Rev Msgr Francis Lau, Rev Msgr Peter Zhang, Rev Fr Timothy Soo On 22 July 2026, the blessed Feast of St. Mary Magdalene, Apostle to the Apostles, we joyfully welcome our new shepherds to our Cathedral community! As they begin their ministry among us, let us keep them in our prayers, asking the Lord to bless them abundantly with His grace, wisdom, and strength. May He sustain them in faithful service as they lead, guide, and inspire us on our journey towards holiness.

FAREWELL FR JUDE...With grateful hearts, we bid farewell to our dear Rector, Fr. Jude David, as he begins his new ministry and mission as the Rector of the St. Francis Xavier Major Seminary. We give thanks to God for his faithful service to the Cathedral community these past 6 years, and wish him God's choicest graces! PIETA SINGAPORE...Monthly session for bereaved parents who have lost a child, and are seeking comfort and hope from God. The St. Francis Xavier Major Seminary invites all young men aged 21 to 35 for their annual Vocation Retreat happening from 14-16 August 2026.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Fr. Jude for his faithful service as Rector of our Cathedral over the past six years. We thank God for the gift of his priesthood and for his dedicated pastoral leadership, guiding and shepherding our Cathedral community through the many challenges over the years. As Fr. Jude begins his new appointment as Rector of St. Francis Xavier Major Seminary, we assure him of our prayers and best wishes. May the Lord continue to bless and guide him in this sacred ministry.
