Methodological Notice and Scholarly Disclaimer This sanad chart has been researched and designed under the supervision of the sanad authority, al-Shaykh al-Musnid Muḥammad Daniel al-Muhājir al-Dimashqī. In order to fully appreciate the scholarly rigour and methodological precision underpinning this work, the reader is requested to observe the following considerations: 1. This chart has been deliberately structured to present the most authoritative transmission pathways, giving precedence to the highest and most reliable chains characterised by verified auditory transmission (samāʿ). 2. Although numerous additional scholarly linkages exist within these transmission pathways, they have been intentionally omitted in order to preserve clarity, readability, and ease of comprehension. 3. In previous years, sanad charts were produced for various works of ḥadīth, some of which occasionally incorporated transmission linkages through al-ijāzah li-ahl al-ʿaṣr (الإجازة لأهل العصر), a mode of authorisation recognised and accepted by many of the muḥaddithūn, including Imām al-Nawawī and al-Khaṭīb al-Baghdādī. However, in order to avoid areas of scholarly contention and maintain the broadest possible methodological consensus, this mode of transmission has been intentionally omitted from the present chart. 4. Some of the attending musnidūn possess additional routes of transmission for Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī through other distinguished scholarly authorities. Owing to spatial constraints, however, this chart presents only their most distinguished chains of transmission. *Important Note* On previous occasions, similar sanad charts have been circulated by individuals through social media platforms and online forums without the accompanying methodological explanations and guiding principles with which they were originally published. Whether intentional or otherwise, the removal of this essential context compromises the academic integrity of the material and increases the likelihood of misinterpretation. Regrettably, such decontextualised circulation has at times, provided a platform for uninformed criticism directed towards the Academy and its founder. It is our sincere hope that the present clarification will encourage responsible scholarly conduct and ensure that these materials are shared with the intellectual care, methodological fidelity, and contextual integrity that they rightly deserve.

Imām Shams al-Dīn al-Sakhāwī (d. 902 AH) writes: “He was remarkable in religion, piety, asceticism, and devotion to knowledge, worship, and daily litanies, as well as in serving his shaykh. He avoided mixing with people in worldly matters and had a great love for hadith and its people. Despite accompanying Zayn al-ʿIrāqī to many of the same scholars, it was rare for him to narrate independently. However, after the shaykh’s death, people transmitted from him more frequently. Despite this, he did not change his manner: he did not put himself forward nor present himself as a shaykh. He would write down aḥādīth from al-Zayn during the dictations, to the extent that he recorded them all. At times he would serve as the one who repeated the dictation for others, and he would narrate those reports from the shaykh, not from himself (out of humility), except when a student insisted. He remained upon this way until he died on the night of Tuesday, the nineteenth of Ramaḍān in the year 807 in Cairo.” (al-Ḍawʾ al-Lāmiʿ, 5:201). Shaykhunā Moḥammad adds: This illustrates the humility and loyalty he maintained toward his shaykh throughout his lifetime, despite the fact that his shaykh was only ten years his senior. They travelled extensively to many lands together in pursuit of knowledge from the same shuyūkh, and he would often serve as the reader. He remained upon this manner until he reached the age of seventy-one, when his shaykh passed away. Thereafter, people insisted that he transmit hadīth to them, and he did so until he too passed away one year later.

🍂 Teacher's Bio🍂 Shaykh Mufti Sulaimān Al-Amīn Victor is a classically trained Islamic scholar, born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where he completed his high school and college education. After embracing Islām, he began studying the foundation of the religion in his homeland. Motivated by a strong commitment to sacred knowledge, he later travelled to South Africa to pursue advanced Islamic studies under the guidance of numerous renowned scholars. He commenced his studies at Dārul ʿUlūm Zakariyyah and went on to complete his higher Islamic education at Dārul ʿUlūm Inʿāmiyyah, Camperdown. Over a period of approximately 11 years, he formally earned Bachelor’s Degrees in Islamic Sciences, Islamic Finance, Arabic Language, and Arabic Arts. In addition, Shaykh Mufti Sulaimān specialized in the science of Islamic legal verdicts (Iftāʾ) and completed a postgraduate specialization in Ḥanafi jurisprudence (تخصّص في الفقه الحنفي) at Dārul Iftāʾ Inʿāmiyyah, Camperdown. This equipped him with the tools for research, teaching, and issuing legal opinions within the Ḥanafi school. He currently resides in São Paulo, Brazil, where he serves as a part-time Imām actively involved in providing education, guidance, and community development.
