  • *Adharma* consists of prohibited actions that lead to degradation and cause harm to society. The demoniac nature is *devoid of faith in the knowledge and wisdom of the scriptures*. Hence, those under its sway are confused about what is right and wrong action, and thus, neither purity, nor truth, nor right conduct is found in them. https://www.holy-bhagavad-gita.org/chapter/16/verse/7 *What three qualities are absent in those possessing a demoniac nature due to their confusion over proper and improper actions?* 🔴 Faith, charity, and austerity 🟢 Purity, good conduct, and truthfulness 🔵 Peacefulness, vigor, and modesty 🟡 Fortitude, cleanliness, and forgiveness

  • Jai Shree Krishna 🙏 Sharing a beautiful true story. Sometimes one answer can completely change the way we look at a difficult situation .Watch this short till the end: https://youtube.com/shorts/Nrfg2M0MhnQ

  • All souls carry their natures with them from past lives. Accordingly, those cultivated virtuous qualities and performed meritorious deeds in the past lives are the ones who are born with divine natures, while those who indulged in sin and defiled their minds in previous lives carry the same tendencies into the present one. This explains the varieties of natures of living beings in the world. The divine and demoniac natures are the two extremes of this spectrum. The living beings in the celestial abodes possess more virtuous qualities, while the demoniac traits dominate in the lower abodes. Humans possess a mixture of both divine and demoniac traits. https://www.holy-bhagavad-gita.org/chapter/16/verse/6 *Why do individual human beings display such wide variations in their inherent natures at birth?* 🔴 Because individuals carry their cultivated tendencies and mindsets from past lives 🟢 Because individual natures are randomly assigned by natural chance 🔵 Because of the geographic location and environment where a person is raised 🟡 Because external circumstances completely dictate a person's inner character

  • Developing saintly qualities and eliminating the demoniac ones is an integral part of spiritual practice. https://www.holy-bhagavad-gita.org/chapter/16/verse/5 *What are the respective ultimate outcomes of possessing divine qualities versus demoniac qualities?* 🔴 Divine qualities lead to material wealth; demoniac qualities lead to poverty 🟢 Divine qualities lead to liberation (vimokṣhāya); demoniac qualities lead to bondage (nibandhāya) 🔵 Divine qualities lead to fame; demoniac qualities lead to social rejection 🟡 Divine qualities lead to physical health; demoniac qualities lead to disease

  • Shree Krishna now expounds upon the *six traits of those who possess demoniac natures.* They are hypocrites, meaning they make an external show of virtuous behavior for impressing others, without possessing the matching internal traits. This creates an artificial Jekyll and Hyde personality, which is impure internally but has the external appearance of being pure. The behavior of demoniac natured people is arrogant and disrespectful to others. They are proud and conceited about their bodily possessions and designations, such as wealth, education, beauty, position, etc. They become angry when, due to lack of control of the mind, their lust and greed are frustrated. They are cruel and harsh, and devoid of sensitivity for others’ sufferings in their interactions with them. They have no understanding of the spiritual principles and hold unrighteousness to be righteousness https://www.holy-bhagavad-gita.org/chapter/16/verse/4 *What causes anger (krodhaḥ) to arise in those with a demoniac nature?* 🔴 When they are forced to perform spiritual austerities 🟢 When their lust and greed are frustrated due to lack of mind control 🔵 When someone points out their internal defects publicly 🟡 When they are required to share their material possessions with others

  • Have you ever done something with love… but secretly expected a certain response? This short story reveals how hidden expectations quietly create hurt in relationships. Very relatable and eye-opening. https://youtube.com/shorts/zmoUDyGtCPo

  • Chapter 15 of the Bhagavad Gita explains the nature of the material world and how to transcend it to attain God. Shree Krishna compares material existence to an upside-down aśhvatth tree, whose roots are above because its ultimate source is God. Its branches represent the material world, nourished by the three gunas, while embodied souls continue wandering through it from lifetime to lifetime. Because of ignorance and attachment, they remain bound to this endless cycle. To attain the Supreme Lord, Krishna teaches that one must *cut this tree with the axe of detachment*, turn away from worldly attachment, seek its divine source, and surrender to God. Such a soul reaches His eternal Abode and does not return to material existence. Shree Krishna further explains that every soul is an eternal fragment of God, but while conditioned by material nature, it struggles with the five senses and the mind. *At death, the soul carries the mind and senses to another body.* The spiritually ignorant cannot perceive this process, but those whose minds are purified by knowledge can understand it. God's presence can likewise be recognized throughout creation by developing spiritual vision and perceiving His glories everywhere. Finally, Krishna distinguishes three categories: kshar, the perishable beings of the material world; akshar, the liberated beings beyond material bondage; and Purushottam, the Supreme Divine Personality who transcends both and is the source, sustainer, and regulator of everything. The central message of Chapter 15 is: detach the mind from the temporary material world, recognize our eternal relationship with God, and surrender to Purushottam Lord through exclusive devotion.🙏

  • Shree Krishna tells Arjun that He has given the gist of all the hidden knowledge of the Vedic Scriptures - From the description of the nature of this world to the differentiation between matter and spirit. Finally, the realization of the Absolute Truth about Oneself and the Supreme Divine Personality, God. Lord Krishna gives the assurance that *whoever espouses this knowledge will be truly enlightened.* https://www.holy-bhagavad-gita.org/chapter/15/verse/20 *Lord Krishna addresses Arjun as anagha. What does this specific address mean, and why is it significant in the context of receiving this most secret knowledge (guhyatamam śhāstram)?* 🔴 A) It means "great warrior," signifying physical strength 🟢 B) It means "sinless one," signifying a pure mind free from malice or envy 🔵 C) It means "learned scholar," signifying vast intellectual knowledge 🟡 D) It means "royal prince," signifying high social status

  • There is only one Supreme Entity that manifests in three ways—*Brahman* (all pervading form) Paramātmā (supreme soul in everyone’s heart) and *Bhagavān* (personal form with sweet leelas/pastimes). These are not different entities, *God is one, and these forms are only his manifestations*. However, Shree Krishna states that those who know Him as the Supreme Divine Personality and *worship him as Bhagavān truly have complete knowledge of Him.* https://www.holy-bhagavad-gita.org/chapter/15/verse/19 *Why is the realization of God as Bhagavān considered the most complete compared to Brahman and Paramātmā?* 🔴 A) Because as Bhagavān, God reveals Himself without any form or attributes 🟢 B) Because as Bhagavān, He manifests all His energies, Names, Forms, Virtues, and engages in divine pastimes (Leelas) with His associates 🔵 C) Because Bhagavān is the only form of God that resides exclusively within the human heart 🟡 D) Because realization of Bhagavān requires no devotional practice (Bhakti)

  • Shree Krishna has called Himself *Puruṣhottam*, the Divine Supreme Person who transcends over the material world, which includes both *kṣhar the perishable* and *akṣhar the imperishable* divine souls. https://www.holy-bhagavad-gita.org/chapter/15/verse/18 *Why is Lord Krishna celebrated as Puruṣhottam in both the Vedas and the Smṛitis?* 🔴 A) Because He is the primary source of material creation, though subject to decay 🟢 B) Because He transcends both the perishable world of matter (kṣhar) and the imperishable souls (akṣhar) 🔵 C) Because He exists only within the spiritual world and has no relation to material nature 🟡 D) Because He is one of many equal deities presiding over different realms
