Grace Senior Outreach (GSO) Summit will be happening on 17 October with a "Be Stronger" Seminar designed to equip seniors with practical knowledge for building strength, mobility, and caring for the body as we age! 💪🏻 It will feature guest speaker Ms. Limin Yong, a Senior Principal Physiotherapist from MOH Holdings (Singapore). Breakfast and lunch will be provided.   Date and Venue of Summit Date: 17 October 2026 (Saturday) Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Venue: Grace@Tanglin Cost: $25 per pax   Registration Details Registration has officially opened for seniors aged 60 and above.
