🚢 UKMTO reported that the IRGC issued a call at 09h00 a.m. UTC ordering merchant vessels to leave Ras Al Khaimah for Dubai, with warnings that the consequences are their responsibility if they do not comply. Several ships have complied since this morning. @MenchOsint
