Louisiana Pastor Arrested After Alleged Confrontation With Neighbor Following Threats Against Family Pastor Tony Spell was arrested and booked on a second-degree battery charge after an altercation with a neighbor’s son whom he says threatened to rape his wife, rape his grandchildren, and kill his family. Spell said the confrontation occurred while he was working on a church bus and argued that he was acting as the natural protector of his family and congregation.
