Dear Grade 12 Students, This is to inform you about the scheduled dates for collecting your transcripts. Students must collect their transcripts only on the date assigned to their respective sections. - Grade 12A: Friday, 14/08/2026 - Grade 12B: Monday, 17/08/2026 - Grade 12C: Tuesday, 18/08/2026 Please note that students will not be allowed to collect their transcripts before or after their scheduled date. Students who fail to collect their transcripts by 18/08/2026 will be subject to the appropriate administrative measures. Requirements for Collecting Your Transcript When coming to collect your transcript, please bring the following: 1. One passport-size photograph 2. Your school ID card 3. 200 Birr payment    - Transfer 200 Birr to the KUE CBE account.    - Bring the payment receipt or a screenshot of the successful payment as proof of payment. Thank you.
