- 15 авг. 2025 г.As of late, it has become increasingly common for married couples to have their first child when they get older, particularly in Western communities. While this trend is mainly driven by a blend of financial and practical factors, I firmly believe that it does more good than harm, especially when viewed through the lens of professional growth. Why are more and more people delaying parenthood? From a practical perspective, the rising living costs, combined with high taxes and inflation, has cultivated an environment where many – if not most – people find it increasingly difficult to meet their basic needs like food, housing, and utilities, let alone enjoy a comfortable lifestyle. Given these financial constraints, it comes as no surprise that many couples raise questions as to whether they can cover expenses related to childcare, such as nutritious food, healthcare, education, and entertainment, making parenthood significantly less favorable. In a world where many individuals, in particular married ones, struggle with stagnant wages and scarce job opportunities due to rapid technological developments, having a child or two seems to wreak havoc on their financial stability and the overall quality of life. In my opinion, however, the drawbacks of delayed parenthood pale in significance when compared to its benefits. On a professional level, when coupled decide to have their first child in their thirties or forties, they normally have the chance to dedicate more time and energy to their career aspirations, allowing them to work long hours, tolerate heavy workloads, and catch up with tight deadlines. This not only empowers them to gain a competitive edge in highly competitive job market, but also helps move up the career ladder, thus increasing the chances of earning potential and promotions at the workplace. At a time when financial problems have spiked through the roof mainly because of ever-escalating living costs, prioritizing career advancement over early marriage can make a big difference in the creation and formation of functional and stable families with children later in life. In conclusion, the reasons behind delayed parenthood vary, but financial and practical considerations play a crucial role. As for the impact of this situation, it is primarily positive, as people place higher priority on professional progression over parenthood, possibly creating an enriching family environment for both parents and potential children. #task2essay 380 words. @abrorjon_posts 📝5,04%

I mean, as you can see here, "while" is used incorrectly because this conjunction should be used in relative clause sentences which include 2 sentences. It means that you can not make only one sentence with "which", but you should connect 2 sentences with this word. The formula of this conjunction would be like that: 🔸While + subject + verb, subject + verb. 🔸Subject + verb, while + subject + verb. You should be careful to use "commas" in this context❗️ For example: While living alone can be attractive for several reasons, I believe that this trend is mostly negative.
