Benefit mentioned by Shaykh Ayman al ‘Anqarī from the Commentary of Kitāb al-Tawhīd by Shaykh Muhammad bin Ibrāhīm (3/226-227,229) The reason for the prohibition against being called the Judge of Judges is that it is among the names denoting absolute perfection, which belong to Allah alone. For He is in reality the King of Kings, and His dominion is everlasting. And as for whatever authority Allah grants to whomever He wills among His servants, then it is a trust from Allah, which He will soon take back—either they will depart from it, or it will be taken away from them.
