Instead of waiting, they think differently. They design a system to generate the first audience organically, through partnerships, community, content, or distribution. Within weeks, they build traction. Eventually, that traction generates the capital needed to run ads. Now they scale. Person B faces the same situation, no money for ads. But their response is different. They say: “I’ll start when I have £200 to run ads.” Weeks pass. Months pass. Nothing starts. Same knowledge. Different mental response. Different outcome. This is why results are first mental before they are tactical. Your reaction to knowledge determines whether knowledge produces results. And that reaction is shaped by four powerful forces: Your circumstances Your exposure to possibilities Your mental configuration Your cognitive biases These forces quietly influence how you interpret every opportunity. So when someone says: “Just follow this strategy.” What they often forget is that strategy still passes through the filter of the human mind.
