I’m disappointed in anyone who is posting this garbage that Harry is guilty as if it is fact, and I’m unfollowing them. No public records or credible news reports show that Harry the Soul Coach (Harry Thomas / Harry Rathbone-Thomas) has been formally charged with or convicted of any crimes. He is a real UK-based online figure (born around 1987), previously a fitness/personal training coach who ran gyms, and now presents himself as a “soul coach” focused on spiritual/self-help content, end-of-life work, simple teachings about ego vs. soul, and commentary in certain online “truth” circles. He operates via Substack, sessions, and social media (including @harrysoulcoach on X). Self-reported incidents He has openly described past personal experiences involving police or detention: • Around 2016–2017 (drink-related, spanning roughly 18 months), he says he was arrested three times. One involved Texas; another was in Tenerife on a stag do, where he claims he woke up in a cell facing an attempted car robbery / hot-wiring charge he says made no sense and that he does not remember. He describes spending about 40 hours detained in one case and frames them as setups or tests. No independent court records, news coverage, or outcomes (charges proceeding, convictions, etc.) appear in public sources. • In 2021, returning from Brazil during COVID restrictions, he refused hotel quarantine, was detained briefly (he has said several hours in a cell), and was released without charge after asserting his rights. He has shared videos about this. • He has written about a period of psychosis after consuming a large amount of cannabis gummies in Brazil, leading to roughly six weeks in a Brazilian mental health facility (as a foreigner the process took longer). This was a mental-health detention, not a criminal charge. Online accusations vs. evidence Within certain online communities there are mutual accusations (e.g., claims he is a “shill,” protects pedophiles, is on a watchlist, is a deep-state/Mossad agent, or involved in trafficking). These lack supporting public records, mainstream journalism, court documents, or verifiable evidence and appear limited to interpersonal drama and reciprocal name-calling in those circles. Recent fabricated material (such as a fake New York Post front page) has circulated in the same spaces. Company records confirm he has been a director of UK entities such as Harry Thomas Coaching Limited. No criminal findings are associated with those in public filings. In short, while he has self-described arrests and a mental-health hold, there is no evidence in available public sources of formal criminal charges or convictions against him. Unsubstantiated online claims should be treated with appropriate skepticism.
