🌼 አዲስ ዓመት እና ሥነ ልቦና አዲስ ዓመት ሲመጣ የሰው ልጅ አእምሮ በብዙ ሀሳቦች ይሞላል። ያሳለፍነው ዓመት፣ ጥሩም ሆነ መጥፎ፣ የራሱን ትዝታ በሕይወታችን ላይ ጥሎ አልፏል። ይህ ያለፈው ዓመት የተወብን ክፉ ጠባሳ አእምሯችንን አሥሮ በመያዝ፣ መጪውን ዓመት በጥሩ ሥነ ልቦና እንዳንቀበል እንቅፋት ሊሆንብን ይችላል። ስለዚህ ከፍተኛ ጥንቃቄ ልናደርግ ይገባል። ባለፈው ዓመት ያጣናቸውን ነገሮች ለማካካስ ሥነ ልቦናችንን በሚገባ ካዘጋጀን፣ እንደገና ጠንክረን በመሥራት አሸናፊዎች እንደምንሆን አያጠራጥርም። በየትኛውም ሁኔታ ውስጥ ብንሆን፣ ሥነ ልቦናችን ሁሌም ዝግጁ መሆን አለበት። 🌼 አዲስ ዓመት በሥነ ልቦናችን ላይ ተጽዕኖ ፈጣሪ ሳይሆን፣ ሥነ ልቦናችን በአዲሱ ዓመት ላይ ተጽዕኖ ፈጣሪ መሆን አለበት። ይህንን ተገንዝበን ለስኬታችን ገና ከወዲሁ ራሳችንን ካዘጋጀን፣ በእርግጥም አሸናፊዎች እንሆናለን። በየትኛውም ጊዜ እና ቦታ ጠንካራ ሥነ ልቦና ሊኖረን ይገባል። ጠንካራ ሥነ ልቦና ለአእምሯችን ጤና መሠረት ነው። በተለይ ሀገራችን ሰላም ባጣችበት እና የኑሮ ውድነቱ በተጧጧፈበት በዚህ ዘመን፣ ጠንካራ ሥነ ልቦና መገንባት የግድ ይለናል። በዓለማችን ላይ ጤናማ አእምሮን እና ጠንካራ ሥነ ልቦናን የሚገነባው ሀብት ሳይሆን፣ በተፈጥሮ የተቸረን የመቋቋም አቅማችን ነው። ብዙ ሰዎች በዚህ ዓለም ላይ ብዙ ሀብት አካብተው ጠንካራ ሥነ ልቦና ስለሌላቸው፣ ክፉ ቀን ሲገጥማቸው መሻገሪያ ድልድይ ያጡና በችግራቸው ይሰምጣሉ። ራሳቸውንም ማደስ አይችሉም። 🌼 ስለዚህ፣ በዚህ አዲስ ዓመት ጠንካራ ሥነ ልቦናና ጤናማ አእምሮን ይዘህ ተነሥ! በምትሠራው የሥራ ዘርፍ ያለጥርጥር ስኬታማ ትሆናለህ። ዛሬ ለራሷ ሰላም አጥታ ሰላም በምትነሳን ዓለም ውስጥ፣ አንተ ከጭቅጭቋና ከንትርኳ ውጣ። እግዚአብሔር በሰጠህ ልቦናና አእምሮ ተጠቀም! 🌼 ዘመኑ የሰላም፣ የጤና እና የፍቅር ይሁንልን! በአዲስ ዓመት አዲስ ሥነ ልቦና እና ጤናማ አእምሮን እንመኝላችኋለን። መልካም አዲስ ዓመት! 🌼 🌼 ዮርዳኖስ ይሁን (የሥነ-አእምሮ ባለሙያ) Ethio Psychiatry (ኢትዮ ሳይካትሪ)
