Family Constellations Monday, 20.07.2026 Dear ones, One of my favorite methods for creating insight and new perspectives is Family Constellations. I trained in this method during my education as a Systemic Therapist, and the experiences I’ve had with it have stayed with me ever since. The insights and goosebump moments I’ve witnessed are very powerful. I’m excited to offer my first Family Constellation evening in Berlin Friedrichshain. We’ll begin by collecting the themes present in the group and choose 1-2 topics to explore through constellations. We use a point system, giving everyone a chance to do a constellation over time. If your theme isn’t chosen for this evening, you’ll receive a ‘point‘, giving your topic priority at future events. Being part of another person’s constellation can be just as meaningful. Dear ones, I am coming to you today with some exciting news. I am opening my private practice in Berlin Friedrichshain for systemic psychotherapy and coaching. As some of you know, I have been training toward licensure as a psychotherapist for many years. In the meantime I have been approved as a Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie, which allows me to open my private practice. Starting in July, I will be offering systemic coaching and therapy sessions for individuals and couples on Monday afternoons. What I love about the systemic approach is that it looks beyond the individual and includes the “systems” around us, meaning relationships and environments that influence us. I will also soon start hosting evenings of systemic family constellations, which I will tell you more about in the coming week.
