There are only two scenarios I can think of for a so-called Muslim politician: The first one is that he is a part of the brotherhood, and I am not talking about the Islamic brotherhood; I am talking about the fraternity of brothers that has a temple set up in all the cities of America. If he is a part of the brotherhood, and he has taken an oath to them too, he is a kaafir, and he has left Islam, so we could care less about him anyways. If he is not a part of the brotherhood, he will be used up in the political world and then thrown under the bus when the government needs somebody to take the fall.
We will gain far more respect from the people in America by refusing to be a part of the corruption.
Any Muslim working in the government of the kuffaar should be looked at as a hypocrite and not a hero. We will never gain strength playing in to their system. We gain strength through our unity on Tawheed and our unity on the Quran and the Sunnah. We do not need any political office from any kaafir. A Muslim should never be involved in their political system, and that includes voting.
Muslims in America should never be excited if a so-called Muslim is elected to office in the government because we know the kuffaar will only plant the most misguided so-called Muslim in that position to control the Muslims. The so-called Muslim elected to that office acts like an overseer for all the working class Muslims to make sure they stay in control. Any so-called Muslim who is willing to take the pledge of office and declare in front of the world that he is ready to defend the laws of the kuffaar, should never be trusted. He has shown us all what he is about, and he is not about Tawheed and following the Sunnah.
Crackheads do not like the truth to be spoken because if the truth is spoken, they will no longer be able to play the victim. That is why crackheads will do anything they can do to make sure the truth does not come out, but the truth will always come out sooner or later.
If I am praised by the righteous while being insulted by the deviants, I have hope that I am doing something that is pleasing to Allah. However, if I am being praised by the deviants and spoken badly about among the righteous, I know that I am headed for destruction.
We wear the insults of the deviants like a badge of honor because it is an honor for us to be insulted by deviants. The Prophets and Messengers before us were insulted by deviants, so for us to go through what they went through while calling the people to what they called to is an honor bestowed upon us from Allah that we should be grateful for, and we should strive to give the deviants more and more headaches. No insult from immature deviants should ever slow us down. The more they insult us, the tighter we hold to the Sunnah insha'Allah, and the louder our call will become.
The same goes for when those deviants refer to us as "Madkhalis" because they only refer to people as "Madkhalis" if they are warning the people against innovation in the Deen of Allah and warning the people against Al-Hizbiyyah. If they are not calling us one of these names, we should be worried. If these deviants refer to us with terms like "moderate Salafi" or "tolerant", we need to really be worried because they refer to people with such terms if they remain silent while the deviants practice their shirk, innovation and hizbiyyah.
When the deviants refer to us as "Wahhabis" we take that as a nod from those deviants that we are doing what we are supposed to be doing. They only call people "Wahhabis" who warn the people against making dua to people in graves, who warn the people against wearing amulets, who warn the people against swearing by other than Allah, who warn the people against slaughtering animals at the graves of their awliyaa, and who warn against all other forms of shirk these deviants try to dress up as Islam.
But most importantly focus on being the good companion. We put so much emphasis on the people around us they we forget about ourselves.
There is the good companion who will give you the shirt off of his back if you needed it, and there is the crackhead companion who will steal the shirt off your back and try to sell it back to you. Choose your companions wisely.
Today's khutbah that was delivered in the Masjid with no air conditioner and the heat well over a hundred degrees. The brothers are patient because they would rather hear a khutbah encouraging them to follow the Sunnah instead of hearing a khutbah encouraging them to vote.

When a person turns his dawah into a dawah of nationalism or tribalism, he is basically saying through his actions بلسان الحال that he is in no need of the assistance of Allah. He obviously feels that his people are sufficient to bring victory, so he focuses his dawah on complete nonsense. Let's see how that works out for you on the Day of Judgement. Let's see what your fellow brothers in nationalism or tribalism think of you on the Day of the Judgement. Crackheads who make the focus of their dawah nationalism or tribalism or any other ism will never be successful. I can make this statement with 100% certainty.
You can tell a lot about a people by looking at their women and what they allow them to get away with. If you see any people whose women are out of control and doing what they want, you should know the men behind those women are weak, emotional and should never be trusted. We do not deal with weak men who cannot control their women, and we do not deal with emotional men who have an attitude like their women. Alhamdulillah for Islam, and alhamdulillah for knowledge of the Sunnah.
This is my coffee stained copy that has been with me for close to a decade.

You can find the first book online if you type the name of the book and just type PDF behind it. It is available in that format, but it is not no longer in print from what I can tell.
If you read both books, you will definitely see the influence, but they are two completely different books.
