The University has confirmed that such course materials can be accessed through the e-learning Portal (https://elearn.nou.edu.ng) *Please note the following:* 1. You must first complete your semester registration, course registration, and exam registration. 2. Once your registrations have been completed successfully, you will be granted access to the e-Learn Portal, where you can view and study your course materials. For newly admitted students: - After completing your registration, it usually takes 3–4 days for the University to send your temporary login details to your NOUN email address. - Log in to your NOUN email and copy the temporary password provided. - Click the e-Learn Portal link included in the email. - Enter your temporary password and follow the prompts to create a new password. - Once your password has been changed successfully, you will have full access to your e-Learn Portal and your course materials. Kindly follow all instructions carefully and complete each step as directed to avoid unnecessary issues or delays. Thank you.

*TMA Opening Dates* Students should kindly note the following Tutor-Marked Assignment (TMA) opening dates on the eLearn Portal: TMA 1: Opens Monday, 17th August 2026 at 11:59 PM TMA 2: Opens Monday, 31st August 2026 at 11:59 PM TMA 3: Opens Monday, 14th September 2026 at 11:59 PM Kindly ensure you complete the required discussion forum activities for your zone, as some TMAs will only become available after the corresponding discussion forum has been marked as complete. We advise all students to participate in the discussion forums early and avoid waiting until the TMA opening dates.

*SINCE A LOT OF POP RESULTS HAVE ISSUES OF MISSING RESULTS AFFECTED STUDENTS CAN TAKE THE FOLLOWING MEASURES INORDER TO GET A REDRESS MIND YOU THIS IS ONLY FOR POP EXAMS* (i) Appeal against examination results should be done within 30 days from the date of publication of the results; (ii) All applications for re-marking should be addressed to the Registrar through the Study Centre Directors and a copy forwarded to the Dean in the School concerned; (iii) Applicants must submit the necessary application form at the relevant Study Centre. Students must ensure that the course(s) code(s) and title(s) are correct when completing the form; (iv) A non-refundable fee of N20,000.00 is charged per course for the re-marking of scripts. The said amount should be paid to a bank account designated for the purpose. *NOTE:* Students should note that the evidence of payment of the fees must be attached to a completed application form. Also, payments without application forms would not be processed. (v) A receipt must be issued as proof of payment for the service; (vi) Study Centre Directors should, in all cases, ensure and supervise that payment for applications are received, receipts are issued, and that all the applications are recorded; (vii) Study Centre Directors are required to forward all applications to the Registrar electronically within 3 days of receipt of the application form. The e-mail address is academicoffice@noun.edu.ng; (viii) the decision to remark is a prerogative of the School Examinations Committee. Remarking shall be completed within two weeks. The new score awarded shall be approved by the Dean on behalf of the School’s Academic Board; (ix) If a student decides to withdraw his/her appeal before it is considered by the Committee, a notice of withdrawal shall be done in writing to make it valid; (x) The School Board shall communicate its decisions to the Senate within 14 days for ratification.
