#NEW | The Dove of the Prophet's ﷺ Mosque | Shaykh Musa Jibril (حفظه الله تعالى)
#NEW | The Dove of the Prophet's ﷺ Mosque | Shaykh Musa Jibril (حفظه الله تعالى) Around 45 years ago, a young Shaykh Ahmad (حفظه الله تعالى) competed live on a show and won against several Huffādh in Bilād Al-Ḥaramayn. It was recorded as part of a popular television program. We were overjoyed to find this footage of him and share it as an example of, وَشَابٌّ نَشَأَ فِي عِبَادَةِ اللَّهِ “A young man who has been brought up in the worship of Allah.” (Among the seven types of people that will be shaded by Allah by His Shade on the Day of Resurrection when there will be no shade except His Shade. Sahih al-Bukhari 6806) Youtube Link: https://youtu.be/d93zL-vHYao Follow along on social media: www.Instagram.com/_shaykh_musa_jibril www.x.com/sh_musa_jibril t.me/shaykhmusajibril https://musajibril.org
While I try to stay far away from money and donations on this platform, this is a young brother, a baby brother to most of us, and his wife is like any of our younger sisters. They’ve been oppressed and are now out in the street living in a motel. Be an aid for your brother and sister, lest Allah be an aid for you. Help fulfill your brothers needs, lest Allah fulfill your needs in this life and the next. Shield your brother and sister from living in the streets, lest Allah shield your face from the fire of Jahannam. May Allah Accept everyone’s generosity. As a point of disclaimer, I don’t personally know the brother, but a Muslim is the brother of another Muslim, and he does not forsake him in his time of dire need. May Allah make us of the sincere believers, who support one another for His Sake Alone, سبحانه وتعالى. A message from the brother: السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته My name is Ibrahim, I am an 18 year old brother, I am currently homeless living motel to motel, I was kicked out of my house for holding to my aqidah and along that, personal reasons to do with my wife, she is pregnant and expecting very very soon. I currently have no housing, no car or any shelter or job (Alhamdulilah many brothers reached out and I have been in contact with them regarding opportunities), been going motel to motel. I’m asking my brothers and sisters to contribute towards the go fund me what they can, if not financially than with your duas for a believers dua for his brother in his absence is from the greatest of dua. With the funds it will be used for a car - which will used for living, transportation to work (inshallah) and having all my personal possessions in side until I am able to settle for a place to rent- Upcoming rent, personal needs such as clothes, and basic necessities, gas, and other needs for the baby. I am trying to get a place for next month as my wife is expecting really soon and it’s nearly impossible raising a baby inside a car. If you have any opportunities, for work, a car you happen to be selling, or any aid that would be appreciated. May Allah reward everyone who reads this, shares it and aids in it. https://gofund.me/71719747f
“I counted the daggers buried in my stomach and realized they matched the number of people I had once embraced to my chest. Beware of the evil of the one to whom you have been generous.”
Coping With the Death of a Parent or Loved One
From the Mashayikh who are alive, I haven’t benefited from anyone more so, and quite frankly it’s not even close, than Shaykh Musa Jibril حفظه الله تعالى. He’s a man who lives what he preaches from A to Z, and apart from his heart soothing reminders, you learn from how he treats people. His actions and his mannerisms with the Muslims are his biggest Da’wah, may Allah preserve him, and smite every tongue who slanders him. The Madkhali crowd, whilst loud and obnoxious, largely comprise of intellectual deprived and unemployed bums who have nothing going on in life, apart from being full time Zanadiqa. This leads them to think spam calling someone whose age qualifies them to be their great grandfather, is a good use of their time, whilst they giggle like little girls. That’s without even mentioning the Rafidhi esq Taqiyyah that was employed. Not to mention the “gotcha” athar that was used (already refuted) — not a single one of the Madkhali scholars has used this as proof for saying Legislating Laws is “Kufran Duna Kufr.” That itself should tell you everything you need to know. Being academically deprived, leads one to believe that silence or indifference, or a belittling “I don’t know” in the face of their intellectual handicap and attempted deception, is somehow a victory for them. It’s cringe and pathetic, which is just another day in the office for the Madākhilah, may Allah cleanse the Ummah from their filth.
Distance from the Qur’ān is the first step to destruction of Īmān. Every change starts slowly and gradually. Reading less than usual… Skipping revision to just recite, or vice versa… Missing a day here and there… Missing multiple days at a time… Before you know it, the sweetness of Īmān no longer fills your heart. The night prayer begins to slip away. Sins have entered into your life and your time is consumed with them. The Qur’ān grounds you in faith. It anchors you in Taqwā. It shields you from Munkar. It rejuvenates your soul. Don’t be shocked at the darkness which consumes you once you begin to distance yourself from the Kalām of Allāh سبحانه وتعالى. Beware of pulling away from it, for how many shining stars did we witness becoming mere pebbles due to their abandonment of Allāh’s Book! How many righteous youth molted until we no longer recognized them due to their distance from the Qur’ān! Indeed, the Messenger ﷺ said, “Verily, Allāh elevates some people by (virtue of) this Book and abases others." [Muslim] Awaken yourself from the pits of heedlessness before you are forced awake. Truly, the one who does not take himself to account in this matter is in for a rude awakening.

Al-Fudayl ibn Iyad, may Allah have mercy on him, said: “If you see oppressors taking revenge on other oppressors, stand and observe in astonishment.” When you see the greatest enemies of Islam in this era, those with the most blood of Muslims on their hands, turning against one another and weakening themselves through their conflicts, let your heart be soothed and turn to Allah in gratitude. Sometimes, Allah soothes hearts by letting oppressors and tyrants orchestrate their own downfall through their conflicts and wars. “We make the wrongdoers destructive to one another because of their misdeeds.” (6:129) The parties involved in this war, the US along with their awliyā’, the leaders of the Gulf, as well as the Rafidah and the Yahud, are enemies, equally guilty and steeped in crimes against Islam and Muslims. Their hands are stained with the blood of countless innocents, and to true believers who grasp the depth of their kufr and the enormity of their crimes, each is as condemned as the next, none surpassing the other in guilt. They vied ruthlessly in their oppression and in betraying the Muslims. Malik ibn Dinar, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "I read in the revealed Books of Allah that Allah, the Exalted, said: ‘I destroy My enemies through My enemies, and then I destroy them through My awliyā’.’" May Allah prolong their strife so that they are preoccupied with one another and weakened, and may He raise to leadership on this earth the Muslims they betrayed, oppressed, and harmed, so that Tawheed may be established across the earth! May Allah safeguard every innocent Muslim wherever this conflict occurs! Ahmad Musa Jibril 2 Shawwal 1447 AH

Perhaps more painful, more grevious, and more torturous than the trial itself is the inability to find contentment throughout it. There is Sabr, where one doesn’t complain except to Allāh سبحانه وتعالى, and conceals his suffering from the people. And then there is a level above that, where even the heart doesn’t complain or protest at the tribulation it faces. What suffering should it conceal when it feels none? How strange is the state of those people whose hearts don’t complain, but rather they rejoice at their trials! They do not pray for them to be removed, but rather they pray for their Lord’s pleasure throughout them! They do not shed tears or lament at their situations, but rather they smile and rejoice in their affliction! They prefer their Lord’s Decree for them to be carried out over their own ease! What a magnificent rank and how few are those who achieve it! When a trial hits and one is left sobbing on his prayer mat, the onlooker might assume that it’s from the intensity of the grief and affliction. But how often it happens that most of the tears are shed due to the afflicted person’s anguish over his inability to reach the rank of contentment. How painful is the realization when he finds himself unable to be partial to the Lord’s Decree for him! How much grief does he suffer from when he perceives that his heart is concerned with removal of its difficulties instead of acceptance of them! Indeed, there is an unbearable suffering in coming to know that one cannot bring himself to favor the suffering Allāh Decreed for him over the ease he desires for himself. In the matters of the heart, some are of the foremost elites, and then some are of the menial strivers. May Allāh not cause us to die until we graduate from the latter to the former (IF we even qualify as the latter)! اللهم إني أسألك الرضا بعد القضاء، وبرَدَ العيش بعد الموت، ولذَّة النظر في وجهك، والشوق إلى لقائك من غير ضرَّاء مُضرَّة، ولا فتنة مُضِلَّة O Allāh! I ask You to make me pleased with that which You have decreed and for an easy life after death. I ask You for the sweetness of looking upon Your face, and a longing to meet You in a manner that does not entail a calamity that will bring about harm or a trial that will cause deviation. — Du’a of the Noble Messenger ﷺ
“Deeds without sincerity are like a traveler who carries dirt in his water-jug. The carrying of it burdens him and it brings no benefit.” — Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله
The manners of the Shaykh with his father (حفظهما الله) remind one of the righteous who came before. Sufyān Ath-Thawrī said to Sufyān Ibn 'Uyainah, "Why do you not speak (narrate)?” He replied, “While you are alive, no way." [Al-Khatīb Al-Baghdādi, Al-Jāmi' li Akhlāq Ar-Rāwi] It is reported from Abu 'Abdillāh Al-Mu'ayti that he said: I saw Abu Bakr Ibn 'Ayyāsh in Makkah. Sufyān Ibn 'Uyainah came to him and knelt in front of him. Abu Bakr asked him, “How are you Sufyān? Sufyān, how is your father’s family?” Then a man came and asked Sufyān about a Hadīth, so Sufyān said, “Do not ask me as long as this Shaykh is sitting here.” It is reported from Al-Hasan Ibn 'Alī Al-Khallāl that he said: We were once with Mu'tamir Ibn Sulaymān while he was speaking to us, when Ibn Al-Mubārak approached. Mu'tamir cut short his speech. It was said to him, “Speak (or narrate) to us.” He replied, “We do not speak in front of our seniors.”
