Many people try to oppose the decree of Allah and may even fall into forbidden actions to obtain someone, but then that person does not remain with them even for a short time. And even if they stayed for a lifetime, someone else would still have been better for them. It is only Shaytan who beautifies false desires. Source: https://t.me/Menzbenefits/355

𝗠𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 (86) Let Go of Unlawful Emotional Attachments Question: I have been afflicted with love for a married woman for about 25 years. She has been married for 28 years. I have come to love her deeply, and she occupies my thoughts constantly, to the point that I even supplicate to Allah during times when du‘a is answered, asking that He return her to me. This woman has been affected by sihr, has suffered hardship, and was humiliated by her husband’s father and mother. When she told my mother about what happened to her, I cried because of my strong attachment to her. She has children, some of whom are married. My question is: is it permissible for me to ask Allah during times of answered du‘a to return her to me? And what is your advice? Sheikh Abu Amr Al-Hajoori: What you are experiencing is from the manipulation of Shaytan over you. If there had been any good for you in this woman, Allah would have made it easy for you to be with her when she was young and at first stage. My brother, there are many women besides her—previously married and unmarried. Allah has not restricted you. This is from Shaytan’s deception, making a lover believe that there is no one in the world except this one woman, while in reality there are many women better than her in religion, character, and appearance. If she is a righteous and good woman, and nothing bad is known about her, then she is already married. So make du‘a that Allah reforms her situation with her husband. Be fully content—after 28 years, you are still thinking of her? This is obsession. Shaytan has played with you greatly. Perhaps if she were to separate from her husband or he were to die and you went to propose to her, you would not even be impressed by her. That is of she was still young. Many people are tested in this way; then when marriage happens, they do not even last a week or a month before disputes and fights arise, and then he regrets it completely. She is now an older married woman—after 28 years of marriage. If she married at 20, she is now around 50 years old, and she is likely past menstruation. Even if she were young, I advise you: this is from Shaytan. If there had been good for you in her, Allah would have facilitated it. Whatever Allah turns away from a servant is only because it is better for him. If you are married, be content with what Allah has given you. Your wife may be better in every way, but Shaytan beautifies what you do not have and makes what you do have look worse in order to push you into sin. If you are not married, then marry. Marry the best women. Allah says: ‘Then marry those that please you of women.’ Choose women of religion, good character, and righteousness. Even if you are married, there is no harm in marrying another lawful wife, young, virginn; if you are able, so that Shaytan does not distract you in this way. This is from Shaytan’s deception. Whoever follows his whispers is misled, and some people even reach the point of mental breakdown because of such obsessions. There are millions of women—she is not the only one. Ibn Al-Jawzi said in Sayd Al-Khatir: if a man were given all the women of Baghdad and then saw one woman, he would think she possesses something none of the others have. Shaytan beautifies her in your eyes until you may have seen her woman coming out of her husband's home covered up and shaytan makes her look like the most beautiful in the world in your eyes. This is from shaytan. So we advise you: do not ask Allah to return her to you. Praise Allah that He has turned her away from you. And since she has been affected by sihr, may Allah cure her. We advise you to marry. And if you are already married and wish to marry again, then who has forbidden you from marrying righteous, beautiful, and good women who will bring comfort to your eyes? Do not pursue what Allah has turned away from you. Whatever Allah turns away is only because it is better for you. Do not burden yourself chasing something Allah has removed from you and protected you from.

Salafi Abusive wife ? 📩Question 📩 “What is the advice for a wife who claims to be Salafi, but when she gets angry, she raises her hand against her husband, and when he gets angry with her, she says, ‘I’m joking with you’? 📨Answered by:📨 🎙Ash-Shaykh Abu Muhammad Abdul-Hameed Al-Zoukory(حفظه الله) These are the most foolish of the foolish such women need to be disciplined. It is not permissible for a woman to raise her hand against her husband, even if he hits her or insults her. The husband has a great right over his wife. But fools may Allaah guide them. Marriage is meant to be affection, mercy, kindness, compassion, and male guardianship. But now, some of them are feminists feminists she keeps resisting her husband until he divorces her, and she doesn’t even want him in the first place. This is not a generation capable of bearing responsibility a generation receiving instructions from the devil. And the husband too is weak. How can such a woman raise her hand against her husband? That means the husband is weak and the weak person just endures. No one can throw their child or wife away, but that’s a weakness. So we encourage mercy toward wives, but the wife must have manners and know her place.” https://t.me/EngFatawaboxes_9_9_9_Bot

𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 (569) Privacy And Lodging In Marriage Question: السلام عليكم ورحمة و بركاتة is it wrong for me to insist on a separate home for privacy and peace, when living with my mother-in-law has brought constant distress, lack of privacy, and interference in my marriage? This same house that we share a toilet and bathroom and my brother in law comes to stay for weeks, which is very uncomfortable for me as a Niqaabi. Insisting for a separate apartment has caused lots of issues, of which my husband's elder sister said I should go back to my father's house if I don't want to live with her mother. Shaykh Faysal Al-Hashidi: و عليكم السلام و رحمة و بركاتة My dear sister, your question is important, and many women experience similar situations. The answer has both a religious (Islamic legal) aspect and a family-related aspect. 1⃣. The Islamic ruling regarding housing The basic principle in Islamic law is that the wife has the right to a separate residence where her honor is protected and where she finds comfort and privacy. Allaah says: “Lodge them where you dwell, according to your means.” (At-Talaq:6) Scholars have mentioned that among the wife’s rights is: A separate residence in which no one lives with her who may harm her or cause her discomfort Imam Ibn Qudāmah (رحمه الله) said: "She has the right to request a separate dwelling in which none of his family shares with her, because sharing it causes harm to her and prevents complete marital privacy.” Therefore, many jurists stated: If the wife is harmed by living with the husband’s family, she has the right to request an independent residence. 2⃣. The issue of the mother-in-law (the husband’s mother) Serving the husband’s mother or living with her is not an obligation upon the wife in Islamic law. However, if a woman does it willingly, it is considered kindness and virtue. But it is not permissible to force the wife into that arrangement if it leads to harm or loss of privacy. 3⃣. The issue of the husband’s brother living in the house The presence of the husband’s brother in the house while sharing facilities may cause significant discomfort, especially for a woman who wears the niqāb. The Prophet ((ﷺ)) said: "The in-law (Al-ḥamw) is death" This means a strong warning against being careless regarding seclusion and free mixing with the husband’s male relatives. Therefore, your request for privacy in such a situation is reasonable and Islamically valid. 4⃣. Are you wrong? Based on what you mentioned: Continuous discomfort Lack of privacy Sharing the bathroom The presence of the husband’s brother at times in the house Your request for a separate residence is not Islamically wrong. However, it is better that the request be made: With kindness With a gentle approach Without disrespect toward the husband’s mother 5⃣. An important piece of advice Sometimes the issue is not the right itself, but the way it is requested. You might explain to your husband, for example: That you love and respect his mother, but you need privacy for your marital life, and that living separately may improve the relationship rather than harm it. Many families improve when there is closeness without constant shared living. 6⃣. The statement of your husband’s sister Her statement, “Go back to your parents’ house if you don’t want to live with his mother,” is not an Islamic ruling, but simply her personal opinion. Islamically, the husband is responsible for providing suitable housing for his wife according to his ability. ▪️Summary: Requesting a separate residence is your Islamic right if harm exists. Living with the husband’s family is not obligatory. However, the matter should be handled with wisdom and gentleness so that disagreements do not escalate. Source: t.me/EngFatawaboxes_9_9_9_Bot
