Happy Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary …by the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ, of the Blessed Apostles Peter and Paul, and by our own authority, we pronounce, declare, and define it to be a divinely revealed dogma: that the Immaculate Mother of God, the ever Virgin Mary, having completed the course of her earthly life, was assumed body and soul into heavenly glory. Hence if anyone, which God forbid, should dare willfully to deny or to call into doubt that which we have defined, let him know that he has fallen away completely from the divine and Catholic Faith. ~Munificentissimus Deus, Pope Pius XII, 1950
August belongs to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.❤️
Wishing you all wonderful and happy Feast Day of Dear St. Anne! 🌷🌷🌷 Prayer to St. Anne To Obtain Some Special Favor Glorious St. Anne, filled with compassion for those who invoke thee and with love for those who suffer, heavily laden with the weight of my troubles, I cast myself at thy feet and humbly beg of thee to take the present affair which I recommend to thee under thy special protection. (Name your intention here) Vouchsafe to recommend it to thy Daughter, the Blessed Virgin Mary, and lay it before the throne of Jesus, so that He may bring it to a happy issue. Cease not to intercede for me until my request is granted. Above all, obtain for me the grace of one day beholding my God face to face, and with thee and Mary and all the Saints, praising and blessing Him to all eternity. Good St. Anne, mother of her who is our life, our sweetness and our hope, pray to her for us, and obtain our request. (3 times)

Happy Feast of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel! 🌷 O most blessed and immaculate Virgin, ornament and splendor of Carmel, thou who regardest with an eye of special kindness those who wear thy blessed habit, look down also benignly upon me and cover me with the mantle of thy special protection. Strengthen my weakness with thy power; enlighten the darkness of my mind with thy wisdom; increase in me faith, hope and charity. Adorn my soul with such graces and virtues as will ever be pleasing to thy divine Son and to thee. Assist me in life, and console me in death, with thy most amiable presence, and present me to the most august Trinity as thy devoted servant and child; that I may eternally bless and praise thee in paradise. Amen. Three Hail Marys, and Glory be to the Father. (Indulgence 200 Days, Pope Leo XIII)
How few there are who avail themselves of the precious Blood of Jesus to purchase their salvation! (St. Ignatius) Eternal Father, I offer You the Most Precious Blood of Jesus Christ in Atonement for my sins, and in supplication for the holy souls in purgatory and for the needs of Holy Church. (500 days indulgence. An indulgence of 3 years if recited during the month of July) We therefore pray Thee, help Thy servants: Whom Thou hast redeemed with thy precious Blood. (Indulgence of 300 days)

Saint Anthony, pray for us!
S.A.G. — St. Anthony Guide In 1729, a Spanish merchant named Antonio Dante left for Lima, Peru, to establish a business, leaving his wife behind in Spain. Over time, she wrote him many letters but received no response, growing increasingly anxious and heartbroken. In an act of faith, she visited the Church of St. Francis in Oviedo and placed a letter into the hand of a large statue of St. Anthony, praying, “St. Anthony, I pray to thee; let this letter reach him and obtain for me a speedy reply.” The next day, she returned to the church and saw her letter still in the statue’s hand. Distraught, she began to cry. A priest noticed her distress and, after hearing her story, attempted to remove the letter but couldn’t. He asked the woman to try, and she easily pulled it out—but it wasn’t the same letter she had placed there. To her astonishment, it was a reply from her husband. As she removed it, 300 gold coins fell from the statue’s sleeve. A number of the friars were called and ran to the scene and waited while the miraculous letter was opened. The letter was dated July 23, 1729 and read: "My dearest wife. For some time I have been expecting a letter from you, and I have been greatly troubled and concerned at not hearing from you. But at last your letter has come, and given me joy. It was a Father of the Order of St. Francis who brought it to me. You complain that I have left your letters unanswered. I assure you that when I did not receive any from you I believed you must be dead, and so you may imagine my happiness at the arrival of your letter. I answer you now by the same religious Father, and send you three hundred golden crowns [coins], which should suffice for your support until my approaching return. In the hope of soon being with you, I pray God for you, and I commend myself to my dear patron St. Anthony, and ardently desire that you may continue to send me tidings of yourself. Your most affectionate, Antonio Dante" This miraculous event was witnessed by the friars, and the letter was preserved at the Franciscan Monastery in Oviedo. In memory of this occurrence, the faithful began writing S.A.G.— St. Anthony Guide —on their envelopes, entrusting their safe delivery to the saint’s intercession.
A Blessed Feast of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus! Divine Heart of Jesus, convert sinners, save the dying, set free the Holy Souls in Purgatory. (300 Days Indulgence. St. Pius X)
June 10th – Saint Margaret of Scotland Saint Margaret was born around 1045 in Hungary, the daughter of Edward the Exile and granddaughter of Edmund Ironside, a former King of England. After her father's brief return to England in 1057 and sudden death, she lived at the English court. Following the Norman Conquest, her family fled and were shipwrecked in Scotland in 1068, where King Malcolm III gave them refuge. Margaret married Malcolm in 1070 and became Queen of Scotland. She restored churches, built new ones, and founded Dunfermline Abbey, bringing Benedictine monks to Scotland. She cared for the poor, fed the hungry, helped orphans, and promoted religious education. She and Malcolm had several children, including future kings. After Malcolm and their eldest son died in battle in 1093, Margaret died three days later, reportedly of grief. Canonized in 1250, she is the patron saint of Scotland, large families, widows, and education.
A Blessed Feast of Corpus Christi! 🙏
June is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. 🙏❤️🔥 ”From the depth of my nothingness, I prostrate myself before Thee, O Most Sacred, Divine and Adorable Heart of Jesus, to pay Thee all the homage of love, praise and adoration in my power. Amen.” - St. Margaret Mary Alacoque
Most holy and immaculate Virgin! O my Mother! thou who art the Mother of my Lord, the Queen of the world, the advocate, hope, and refuge of sinners! I, the most wretched among them, now come to thee. I honor thee, great Queen, and give thee thanks for the many favors thou hast bestowed on me in the past; most of all do I thank thee for having saved me by thy help from hell, which I had so often deserved. I love thee, Lady most worthy of all love, and, by the love which I bear thee, I promise ever in the future to honor thee, and to do what in me lies to win others to thy love. In thy intercession I put all my trust, all my hope of salvation. Receive me as thy servant, and cover me with the mantle of thy protection, thou who art the Mother of mercy! And since thou hast so much power with God, implore Him to deliver me from all temptations, and obtain for me the grace ever to overcome them. From thee I ask a true love of Jesus Christ, and the grace of a happy death. O my Mother! by thy love for God I besech thee to be at all times my helper, but above all at the last moment of my life. Cease not thy supplications until thou seest me safe in heaven, there for endless ages to bless thee and sing thy praises. This is my hope. Amen. 🌹
Wishing you all a blessed Pentecost!🙏
Pope Leo XIlI canonized Rita on 24 May 1900, and at her canonization ceremony, she was bestowed the title of "Patroness of Impossible Causes." Indulgenced Prayer to St. Rita O glorious St. Rita! Thou who didst so wonderfully participate in the Passion of our Lord Jesus Christ, obtain for me the grace to suffer with patience the pains of this life, and protect me in all my needs. (Ind. of 300 days, once a day. — Pius X. July 30, 1906.) There have been Saints who received the favor of dying on a day specially dedicated to the Madonna. St. Rita of Cascia died on a Saturday in the month of May.🩵
To Our Blessed Lady Mary! watch the hour when my departing soul will lose its hold on all earthly things, and stand unveiled in the presence of its Great Creator! Oh then be my tender mother, and place the merits of thy Divine Son in the scales of justice in favor of my poor soul. Amen.
The hymn originates from an ancient Irish prayer to Mary, the mother of Jesus. It was later translated into English and turned into a hymn by the Priest Douglas Hyde (1860–1949), and another man named J. Rafferty.
